Alright, I’m not sure where the negative comments came from… Went in, 3 young ladies are working the front, yes they’re enjoying each others conversations, BUT one of them promptly asked me if I wanted to try anything, and to let her know if so. The ice cream looked a bit melted, so I asked if they had any more… (I was expecting an immediate no) to my surprise, she replied that a new one will be very hard, (which I’m okay with, that’s how I eat my ice cream). She went to check for one and came back with a fresh tub of cookies and cream! I felt so bad that she had to really put her back into it to scoop, but I greatly appreciated it because it was delicious! I even chatted with her about Crucian Jewelry, she was very helpful! Overall, throughout the entire island, this is my top 2 and not #2 spot! Mainly because I was looking for a taste similar to like cold stone, so creamy ice cream, and this was it! I would recommend others to this spot, sweet, helpful young lady, delicious ice cream, AND little things to buy in the shop? Sign me up.

We visited this little ice cream shop near the boardwalk 3 times while staying in Christiansted. The ladies there were unpleasant, even unfriendly - no smiles, curt answers. It felt like they did not enjoy working there, so maybe it is the owner or management. The second time, we decided to get a couple hand-packed pints. The same lady put a few scoops in a pint container and handed it to me. It couldn't have been more than half full. I had to insist that she fill both pints completely. It felt like a strategy to cheat customers.

There is another ice cream shop in town, but it was closed that day. So we decided to try Cream & Co again. When we asked to sample flavors, the lady gave a heavy sigh, and said to us, "You can only have 3 samples." As if our patronage was a burden to her. That killed the mood for us that day.

Sad to say... If you decide to try this place, focus on the ice cream, don't expect service with a smile, and double check that the cups and pints are filled. On the other hand I strongly suggest trying the other ice cream shop a few...

We’re underwhelmed. Second attempt as Saturday night 4/10/22 someone must not have reported to work during posted hours of being open they were closed. We returned Sunday 4/10 at 3PM to buy a $6 scoop of ice cream served on a 5 cent cake cone as they were out of sugar cones. My wife tried the pineapple sorbet and said she need to go home to brush her teeth to get the perfumed bad taste out of her mouth. They were sold out of a basic flavor of vanilla while trying to get creative with other flavors - all while not meeting the baseline of running a business. The management must be asleep at the wheel or in transition to new ownership because they clearly they are not in business...
