I have many wonderful and great memories at this location spanning over the last 12 years. I've been coming here with friends since high school. I recently had a friend from out of town come in and a somewhat larger party. I was excited to just have a good time. Unfortunately, things don't always work out as planned, and I fear I will not be returning any time soon. I came in, and instead of being greeted, the hostess stared at me and pretty much rolled her eyes. I was smiling and didn't quite understand if she directed this at me and waited for a second, but she just kept staring at me. I said "Hi/Hello" twice. There was no hello, acknowledgment, or even a "how many?" from her. I finally understood (I think) that she just wanted me to state how many were in the party. I stated the number - which was maybe 6 or 7, and she barely guided us to a table. I was a host for a few years, starting out of high school, literally next door. I couldn't imagine treating people like that. Anyways, our waiter did his best with us, and I want to make it clear he wasn't part of this problem. I also want to make it clear that it wasn't really busy and we came in around 7:30 pm and the table was available with no wait time.
I don't know, it's weird to go from being on a first name, genuine, goofy, fun basis with some of the waiters to being treated like we're ruining someone's night just for breathing. This was my first time back in years, the table next to us was hootin and hollerin a storm (good for them!) I just don't understand why we were treated like that. A few of the other members of my party noticed and also brought it up to me. It definitely ruined a portion of the experience.
Food was okay, it's Chili's, I don't expect food to blow my mind.

Plus, I have better experiences in various other locations with better customer support. 1). Food. The food at Chili's is always good as well as they have a great deal of options. No concerns there. I am normally stuck with 2-3 alternatives that I wish to order. Really pleased with the food and also the choices. Very reasonable parts are provided. - Recommend the liquified lava cake. We constantly obtain this if there is room for dessert. Generally were complete by the time dessert rolls by. 2). Customer care. This is the component I dislike yet have to be honest. It relies on who is offering you as well as is irregular. I people view a great deal and also compare the various other tables and also their stewards. I noticed that the other table/ waiter was constantly inspecting as well as refilling the others. Ours had to be called for everything from napkins to straws and to refills. I was dissatisfied on this respect as great or typical solution is inconsistent at this area. 3). Environment. Great atmosphere as well as ambiance. Good and tidy residential or commercial property. Can obtain really busy so call ahead or defeat the rush. 4). Others. Plenty of auto parking areas in the plaza. Really comfortably situated. Read moreI've been coming to chilis and my son loves chilis. I asked my son where he wants to go to dinner for our family night he said he wants to go to chilis. I am very disappointed of the way the server Vanessa didn't properly explained and on top of that the manager Ayla came out like she was already ready to tell me know face. All I wanted is for them to explained it clearly then my kids would've gotten the other option which they like. What upsetting the most is the manager had a big time attitude more than Vanessa did. With an attitude of so what do you want me to do?? With her big eyes looks like mad like I'm bothering her with my complain. As a manager I understand that might pretty busy but you also need to cater to your customers. I didn't think that she wants to help me at all. I never experience such a rude way to solve a problem with any customer. So I didn't want to embarrass myself I felt like being attacked by them. I am just sad that this is one of our favorite place to go now it's more like arg. This is bad management and knowing that I know someone that works there felt like a threat to that employee by saying oh so you know him right uhhuh. I will let him know also !
