Mujer Divina Brunch — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Place is nice, food okay. Service is bad, waiting is too much for the overall service. They wanted to acomodate my family of 5 in a table of two, I asked for syrup for pancakes, they couldn't because someone in the kitchen would get upset, that's what they say. The coffee has no creamer neither asked me if I wanted some. I asked for sour cream. That was a no too. We all ate my husband's French toast never arrived. I will not back to this place. Broken Yolk is more worthy than this. They has apparently two employees notoriously annoyed and probably poor paid. It is a shame I expected better due to the 4.7 star review. Maybe in a mellow slow day is okay. The food taste good though, but if you are hungry you will be wild by the time you get serve. I left with the impression that they don't treat their staff well and they are restricted when clients ask for extras even if you pay extra for it. Anyway, I don't think I am coming back to this place nor recommend it...

This little café was quaint and charming, the food was excellent, and the pancakes were fluffy and filling. The mole was excellent; it had the right amount of zest and a lot of flavor. The bacon was crispy and not greasy. The service was friendly and welcoming. However, they do not offer refills on coffee, and if you want water, you have to pay for it. No tap water available. The atmosphere was too loud, the music was so loud I could not hear myself think, and the customer volume was so loud that the combined noise made it hard to enjoy a delicious meal. As we walked in it took them 10-15 minutes to acknowledge us then we were told there was a wait list of 25 minutes then we were seated after a 5 minute wait, once seated it took the waitress 15 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. Our food came separate times having to wait for my partners food to arrive. My partner asked for water and never arrived. The waitress also took my partner’s coffee before she was done. Maybe they need to work out the bugs before news gives them recognition. I tried it but the experience was below average. Hope you do prosper though. Sometimes it’s best to...
