Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Deserve 0 stars. I have not ordered here for sometime and now I see why. Ordered a pizza here and the driver dropped my pizza off at someone else address. We get the texted stating my order was delivered. Open our door. No sign of the pizza. My gf spots the delivery car down the street runs out to try to catch him. He drives away. We try to text and call the guy. Doesn't pick up. I call the site and they said hang on we will try to reach the driver. She places me on hold for a bit. I was on hold long enough for me to change out of my pajamas, put on some clothes and walk to my car. She picks up just as I get in my car. She picks up said the driver was told to turn around and bring the pizza back out to us. I was like wait your not even going to get me a fresh pizza? She said no because it was just delivered. I said first of all that pizza been left outside and it's not like the guy took off a second or two ago. I said have no idea what or who may have touched that pizza. Plus it was cold that day and with Covid-19 lingering. I personally did not know in between the pizza sitting there if bugs or anything touched it. I requested for my money back. I asked the member of the team named ‘Cole’ (who was working at the time of my visit to the establishment) if he was supposed to wear gloves whilst handling the food I had planned to consume. He laughed, as though I was making a joke and sarcastically said “No, we don’t”, as though he found my being concerned was amusing. I, however, did not find it amusing. My health is of a great concern to me seeing as I have several health issues including a compromised immune system. Everyday, I must pray that I will not encounter something that will put my life in danger. The smallest sneeze in my direction could be my demise, and I live in constant fear that each day will be my last. Cole made my anxieties worsen. Cole made me scared that he was trying to harm me purposely by not wearing gloves. There is a reason why gloves are so important in food services. Cole seems not to care about my life nor my food. Cole does not seem like he is capable of handling the position he holds and I believe he should be placed in an easier line of work where he interacts with neither food nor people. To anyone who reads this, I must advise that should Cole be working during your visit, you leave immediately and eat nothing that has been prepared. Cole is a man...

Beware of the cleanliness of this location. I ordered a Pizza from this location on 4/8/2017 and after eating the pizza I ended up getting food poisoning. Upon notifying the store location, they asked me to drive the pizza back to the store so they can send it into a lab for testing, rather than offering to pick the pizza up and refund my money (which they never did btw). I have called the store several times to request the results of the test and they have refused to share the result. I know this is because they do not want to admit their food caused me to get sick because if this hit the news, their stock would plummet like Chipotle’s has. It is almost a year later now and the owner of the store has not produced any test results from their lab, nor has he offered an apology or refund. Stay away from this location or risk...
