The place looked really nice the doormen were really nice and helpful. The drinks were sweet and good but it wasn’t a lot of alcohol in the drinks. My biggest issue tonight was with your bartender! I was told from a nicer bartender who eventually helped me that the rude bartender name was Brittany. But I’ll describe her so you all can clearly know who I’m talking about! She was a short white younger lady, she had on a gray and white tye dye short sleeve shirt, her hair length was to her neck she had two short pony tails braids in. She had the shortest hair out of all the other bartenders who worked this night! She worked at the register in the right front corner(the first register you see as you walk in) she didn’t take me or my friend drink order tonight after we patiently waited 20 minutes! I asked if she could help us and she got smart at the mouth and didn’t help!!! I expected better customer service from the bartender she was rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend nobody have her as a...
Read moreThis has been on my mind since last night and I just feel like I need to share. Unfortunately my friends and I were outside at fishbowl during the shooting at the banks last night. In everyone’s panic and the crowd of people running to the back of the bar, the first place I saw to seek shelter was the kitchen door. I was leaned up against the wall behind the swinging door trying to collect my thoughts probably for a minute. An employee walked right up to me and told me I couldn’t be there. She had no empathy she had no concern for any sort of trauma and fear she just told me to exit the kitchen. In a situation like that, when the kitchen isn’t even operating, I don’t know why I wasn’t shown grace. Obviously I wouldn’t be in the kitchen of an establishment for any other reason. There isn’t anything to do to fix the situation, I just hope she sees this and maybe the next time someone is running for their life and in a real state of fear she may show a little bit...
Read moreVisited during the afternoon of Saturday, 2/10/24. This place is befitting of a strip mall in Crestview Hills or Fairfield, not downtown Cincinnati. I mean, it was okay. The atmosphere was okay, nothing memorable, although there was a decent crowd. There was a game of Bingo going, and that was fun. The drinks weren't horribly priced, and they offer Rhinegeist, a local beer. The service provided the bartender was great, as she was very friendly and polite. I gave her a great tip, as she's great at her job. However, the woman checking driver's licenses upon entry was very surly and curt. That same woman also went around removing empty beer glasses off of tables a bit later. No response to any "thank you" provided by people in the group I was with. She needs a real attitude adjustment AND a...
