Went to this restaurant before a concert and the service was awesome. Our waitress was very welcoming and funny. There were a couple issues with accuracy of our order, but we saw her write everything down so we knew it was more a kitchen/bar thing than her problem so we weren’t pressed. The inaccuracies also weren’t life or death either (we didn’t receive salt on the margaritas we ordered, we didn’t receive the sauces we ordered with the pretzels, didn’t receive condiments on the side and instead they were on the sandwich, etc) so it was fine at the end of the day. Just wanted to mention it for the feedback purposes. The food itself was very delicious! The club was huge and awesome. The burgers were seasoned well. The wraps are big and they were balanced well with the ingredients. The fries are superb despite having to pay extra for them! The bathrooms were also well stocked and clean at the time we were there. Music playlist that was on was also very fun and felt like a good choice for the crowd that was there at the time. Only other thing we noted was that the water was kinda gross... tasted like bad tap water. Definitely would suggest ordering soda or a cocktail. Otherwise, we had a good time. Thanks!

Wow such a nice place. It’s where the locals go before the game since it’s right across the street from the stadium. They have the lineup posted for the game. The beer is cold. There is lots of seating but there are a lot of big groups that come in together so if it’s game day come early. The food was great and hot. We had wings and fries which were great. The service was awesome too. It’s decorated very nice with lots of jerseys of players past and present which is cool. They also have outdoor seating and a grab a drink and go stand, that was interesting nothing like that here in Idaho well on this side of the state anyway lol. So if your going to game and your early this is the place to go. The prices were moderate and the value was good for the price paid.

Perfect place to hang before a game or concert. We popped in today for a concert. We had to wait a few for a table but not too long. Our waitress, Bella, was amazing! She checked on us frequently even though the place was packed. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Nachos. They are listed as an appetizer but could easily be a meal for 2 or 3. I only ate about half. It’s really nice that they have a DORA area that goes between both stadiums. Perfect atmosphere for just hanging out a few hours before an event.

Went there on opening day, knew it would busy. I have been before on opening day. The place was a mad house. So over packed and they just keep letting people in. We had a table and I ordered a pizza and my friend ordered a pizza and a bucket of beer. The waitress took our order and our credit cards. 25 minutes later she brings three beers out and says they ran out of buckets and would be back with the other beers. Our pizzas come out from the kitchen from another lady. Another 20 mins go by and the waitress comes back and questions if she still owes us the other 2 beers because she forgot to bring them out. At that time I asked for my card and bill, because we were leaving. Another 20 mins go by and she is nowhere to be found. Another lady tries to deliver a pretzel to our table and I said we didn’t order it and asked this lady if she could get my card and bill from our waitress. She said I’ll get your waitress. Then 30 minutes goes by and finally my husband goes up to the bar and find our waitress, she comes back to the table and pulls out her waitress pad and swears she gave it to me. She starts pulling out stuff from her pocket and she has my friends credit card in her pocket but swears she gave mine back to me. She goes to get the manager and then Nick the prick shows up and basically blames me for misplacing the card because his waitress said she gave it back to me. He asks me to check all my pockets which I understand deeling with drunk people all the time, things get misplaced, however I was no even drinking and had not been. There was no apology and he just kept blaming me that I dropped it or misplaced the card. Its kinda weird how she took both our cards at the same time, still had one but swears she gave the other one back. No you didn’t ma’am and I get people make mistakes but the manager there is so unprofessional and has no clue how to manage. This is not how you treat people. How...

----Update 8/16/17---- It has been about 8 months since I have been here for health reason. The staff welcomed me back and even knew my name, and that I drank ice tea. It was slow, and manager and bartender talked to me some. Manager even inquired about my health. I like to go to places where "Everyone knows your name".

The food was good. Can't comment on watching the Reds with sound because they weren't on yet.

I don't drink but go to the bar to socialize with other patrons and bartenders. I felt and was invited back down this weekend. Thank you Holy Grail staff.

The food is very good, and the staff is very friendly. I like this place to watch the Reds games, as it across the street from the stadium. I only gave it 4 stars because I was told all Reds games would be broadcast with sound, however only home games are with sound...bummer. Update. Not all Reds home games broadcast with sound. I was there on Sat. May 21 to watch the Griffey dual Bobblehead game, and they would not turn sound on. Just want to play the load music. They are about 300 ft from GABP, and claim to be a sports bar. A sports bar should broadcast local sports with sound. If the Holy Grail won't do this, maybe they should reclassify themselves as a night club,...
