Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Having worked at a Penn Station, this was a massively disappointing experience. They didn’t have hand sanitizer for the guests, no one was wearing a hairnet, everyone was moving at a snails pace, I was asked to sign my check with a dirty counterfeit check marker, and both my order and my friends order were both wrong... I saw between 8 to 10 employees and hardly any customers, somehow it still took almost 20 minutes to get our orders. On top of that the person in line behind us received their order before we did, and it was the same number of items. The lemonade was made improperly, and every human interaction I had with the staff was awful. The unkempt employee who took our order looked like they hadn’t bathed in a week and was slouching over the counter resting their arm on the edge. I made a door dash order, called them to tell them I’d like light onions and add Mayo (not an option on door dash) a man pretended to write that down. Called back 3 mins later to verify and then he pretended he couldn’t hear me and passed the phone to another employee. She said we can give you Mayo packets but the order is already made and I said yea well I’ve already called now twice to change the order before it was ever made… she argued with me and said they’d take some onions off. No I’m not paying $15 for a small sandwich and fries for you to give me a Mayo packet and pull some onions off. This location is trash and I always drive 15 mins out of my way to go to the location in Madisonville where it’s always done right. If I didn’t have Covid I would of never went to this location. I placed an order earlier today for nearly $60 from this place. When my order got here, half the items were missing. I got store credit through Door Dash and decided to reorder my missing items, which were fries and a drink.

I wait about another half hour and the next Dasher brings what I believe is the rest of my order. No, I just get the fries. No drink. It's clearly on the receipts from both deliveries that I should have a large Pepsi. So at this point, I'm a bit upset. They halved my order the first time around and when I expected them to correct it, they halved it again.

I guess the D team is working tonight. Too busy eating crayons and trying to fit square blocks into a rectangular hole than get people's orders right the first time. I love Penn Station but I won't be ordering from this location again....
