Starbucks — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Had a great time, sippin on that giant sweet coffee and contemplating my next heist, I just melted away from the peaceful surroundings has i sat questioning my motives on what I was witnessing in my mirror 🪞 reflections. Now... I don't know if was the coffee ☕ that I spiked with my on medication 💊 or 🤔 my paranoid schizophrenia but I was in awe of seeing gazillion halos, in every rotation around me. Just had to give Starbucks A++ , that's how good that coffee ☕ was when I paid with my reward bonus points, that I had stash away in my smartphone. As i was casing through my environment seeing what I can get into, I came to realize my full potential of my mind 🧠 without medication, if that coffee ☕ Bean can do that, without me lacing my own drink 🍷, I just might be progressing to a new level 🎚️ of psychotherapy, but I'll leave that to my psychiatrist to assess the situation of what I was saying in my own reflections. In any case, Starbucks is a wonderful place for family members and friends to hangout and enjoy each other's company. If wasn't for that sweet coffee, I might of been trick or treating up and down the block, scaring myself after what I saw in my reflection 🪞! Nine times out of ten, well really one time out of ten, I might of negotiate terms of what I thought, was bliss in a insane twisted 🥨 sort of way! Can't wait to get back there, lord knows what I see next time! Starbucks...

Every time I go to this Starbucks the employees act like I am doing them a disservice by ordering my coffee. Today I wanted just a water and coffee and was rudely told that I had to make a purchase to get water. After saying I was going to make a purchase, I was again rudely asked well what is your purchase then? I’m sorry, but I feel that it is okay to ask for water and then your coffee!!! I didn’t know it was such a big deal! Yikes! Listen I get it if it’s a rough day but I was taken aback by the rude tone of voice after I was just trying to order. This is not my first experience with rude service at this drive thru. beware!!! (However if you go inside they are very lovely from my experience!) in my 22 years of life I’ve never felt the need to make a review and as a previous barista, I can get that it’s hard sometimes. However, the continuous aggression to someone who’s just trying to start their day with a coffee is getting to be ridiculous. Have a lovely day everyone! Stay far away from this...

Another lousy customer service at this Starbucks .. I order a toasted bagel a d black coffee by going inside as there was a long line of cars in the drive through. It took more than 20 minutes for my simple black coffee and bagel and I had to go and ask 2 times .. I was told the guy (white man short height) will give me my coffee and so waited .. he pretty much forgot or choose to ignore .. the black server close by me where I was standing was polite and asked me what I am waiting .. he then got my coffee .. the bagel was handed over to me when I asked .. not many people were inside and there were plenty of servers .. it appeared that they were only catering the drive through .. I am not going here anywhere .. I have been to busier Starbucks like the rookwood commons one .. splendid...
