In town to watch the Reds. Always eat at The Holy Grail, but was packed and we were hungry so went here. First clue, not even 10 people in the place. Next door is standing room only and this place is near empty! Sat for 10 min b4 our drink order was taken. Food came out quickly, but was half way done with meal b4 our drinks arrived.(a glass of wine & a beer took over 20 min!) Ordered tacos with chips & queso. The chips were salt blocks. If you read other poor reviews they get, you can tell the place doesn't care from the same old generic response they give everyone. And that reason on top of everything else will be why I never return. I will stand in line at The Holy Grail because there's a reason...

Chloe provided an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we were seated, her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, recommending the perfect dishes and drinks to complement our meal. I previously stopped in on Sunday. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Brandie, with an "IE". She was very polite, took great care of us! We drank more water than anyone could imagine (after the game) and we never went without a sip. She made my wife a great drink and our friend a fantastic n/a drink. She still is talking about it!
