Jaami's Ice Cream and Treats — Restaurant in City of Frankenmuth

Pretty bad customer service. Seems like we were more than inconvenience rather than a customer. Our toddler accidentally dropped ice cream on the floor as soon as she got it in her hands and no one gave us a new one ( not that it is expected, but would be super nice). Then we got overcharged by $2 ( thankfully I caught it). Also, when scooping the ice cream the lady made sure to scoop some ice cream out of the cup, so we won’t get too much ( never been to the store where they actually scoop ice cream out once it is in the cup :/) overall not the best and would never come back with...

A small little Ice Cream shop, located just off main Street. They serve Hudsonville ice cream. I saw last year a photo of Ice Cream Nachos that looked amazing. So when I saw they had this I had to get some. Basicaly a tray with 4 spots. One for Ice cream, one for waffle chips, one for a syrup, and lastly a topping ($7). I got soft server vanilla/chocolate swirl with caramel syrup and Captain crunch. It was good and a fun experience. I honestly don't know if I'd get it again, but it was worth it. The service was friendly and helpful.

We will call this a neutral review... we don't know if they were good or not. We stopped by in the afternoon and the door clearly says they are open until 10pm. We decided to finish our shopping and we'd come back at dark when we were coming out to see the lights at Bronners. At 9:11pm the employees standing there didn't even look up as we tried the already locked door. Bummed we didn't get to have some after reading they are "the place"...
