Stopped in for lunch with family. While the pizza was good the experience was not. Just before the rush of people we asked for 4 of the lunch specials which come with wings. For some reason they said we can only do 2. The girl did not give us an explanation. While rigging this up she said you get 5 wings when the sign said 6. She had to confirm with the cook. We ask for 2 pepperoni, 1 cheese and 1 sausage. Paid and sat down to wait. They brought our wings to us before pizza. Once pizza was ready we had to pick it up from the counter. I noticed the āsausageā slice was chicken and onion. Confronted her and she had the guts to tell me no we didnāt order sausage. That they didnāt even have any. Why the heck would you accept our order from the beginning and not say anything? Of the course the receipt she gave me just had the total and not the breakdown. We just accepted the slice and dealt with it. We were annoyed. 5 minutes later they brought more wings out to us. Had to ask what this was about. The first order they brought to us was wrong. The people behind us had gotten wrong wings as well. When she brought us the wings to our the rest of the family confronted her about the pizza order. She then admitted she knows we ordered sausage. She said she was going to get us another slice of pizza on the house. Of course Never came back. We actually never even saw her again behind the counter or kitchen. I know itās just pizza but that was a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm boycotting this place. I placed an order of wings over the phone for pick up. I get there with no mask (by the way you don't really need one in NY if you're vaccinated), and the young kid behind the counter asked if I had a mask. I said no and he said, "we're still doing mask." So I walked out and will never step foot in that establishment again. From the perspective of them not wanting to violate any HIPA laws by asking/checking vaccination proof, and while covering/protecting themselves against a virus with over a 90% recovery rate it makes sense that they're still mandating those control devices. However, the kid probably should asked me if I was picking up an order or placing an order. Had I gone in to place an order perhaps I wouldn't have been as upset with your BS mask mandate. But instead his lack of critical thinking made you throw away money. And as a small business during these difficult times I know every dollar counts. So let this be a painful lesson to train your employees on better communication skills. This is also on the internet forever to be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you want NY style pizza this place is easily the best. Perfect NY style crust and good flavor. Does seem to be relatively inconsistent in quality. Can not be ordered on online. But, the biggest downfall is how rude the staff at the counter is. Kitchen staff and delivery staff have been perfectly fine or nice on all of my interactions but anytime I have come in and interacted with their counter staff, at any time of day, they have been less than welcoming. The last time I went in the kid behind the counter was dressed in a Cams hoodie and looked like a delivery person, he didn't say a word to me and just stared at me for an awkward length of time before I asked if he could help me. He barely spoke a word to me and just had a miserable look on his face. He told me they were out of what I had called ahead to order and then just stared at me so I had to guess what slices I could get instead and when I guessed what they didnt have, he just shook his head at me. Unfortunately, still the best pizza...
