Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

Ordered coffee with almond milk plus "unsweetened" flavor. Start walking away while sipping it and it's very sweet. I walk up to counter and say it's sweetened. "No it isn't" the guy who made it said. I said it is and must be artificial sweetener. Guy told me "not to worry about it". I asked for a new one with just milk. Lady at register gave me a face like I was a Karen. They both were annoyed. Made me new one with just milk. When outside, new coffee was sweet, (but not as), apparently because almond milk was also sweetened. I didn't want sugar, real or not, it's not up to them to understand the reasons why. I drank it anyway but regretted it. I should've taken the tip back outta the cup. Sour...

This is the only Dunkin in New Rochelle that gets it right every time. The food, coffee, & service! Acha & Victor are so attentive to their customers and they are genuinely caring which makes an average visit to dunkin less than average! They make their regulars feel like VIP!!!

I love this Dunkin Donuts. They are quick and inviting. I've only been to this place a couple of times but one of the guys at the front remember my order by the third time I visited.
