Burger King — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

I'm not here knocking Burger King's food the mozzarella sticks I got those they were good today the fries were fine my complaint it's not about the food I've eaten at Burger King more than most typically at the Burger King uptown on military road or the boulevard and they usually do a decent job service across the board.. the problem is when you go to the downtown location.. I waited in the Drive-Thru after I got the programed greeting message for a couple minutes before I said hello with no response usually somebody tells you they will be right with you but this would just be minor I've seen it before my problem was after sitting about 5 minutes after that somebody looks out back out the back door right at me and goes back in so I can continue to wait expecting them to take my order since now they know I'm there..nothing..... I drive to the window people look right at me and again I'm ignored I waited a few more minutes and then I drove around... I went and I told them and as I was in there telling them that I was waiting I didn't Do It rudely respectfully they were taking somebody else's order at the window so what was it did they have a problem with me? I'm not sure why my order wasn't taken after being seen multiple times? Especially in the time span of over 10 minutes with no other cars in the Drive-Thruin no acknowledgment.. so I'm in there after I went in...they took my order inside the new people in the Drive-Thru got their stuff first then I got my stuff and I left but what I've noticed is when you're in Downtown Niagara Falls your service is not going to be up to the standard of going to the equivalent restaurants uptown so I would say avoid this place at all costs go to the one on military road in Niagara Falls or the one on the boulevard you're sure to get much better service there... And I wouldn't even put this complaint in but I've seen these type of things at this specific Burger King multiple times over... And I give good reviews to other places you can check my reviews out on Google and I'm Fair but service at this specific Burger King the atmosphere its just awful why isn't this Burger King held to the standards of the other...

I Was placing an order at this location about a week ago . I pulled to the drive-thru and no one was replying to the ordering speaker when I stated "Hello". The female employee suddenly came over the intercom and YELLED " I'm busy, you need to hold on"!!! I became annoyed because she didn't reply to my first 3 attempts to get her attention, but yet yelled at me after the 4 or 5. I didn't even place my full order because she then decided to cut me off in the middle of the 5 different meals I was attempting to order. I pulled up to the window and asked the woman wearing the headset if her manager was available? She turned and stated "he's right here".( basically standing next to her) . He didn't even let me get 2 words out before he said" I heard the whole conversation and I will be taking care of that". I was happy to hear that he acknowledge that the service was brutal to say the least. I thanked him and explained to him that despite the horrible treatment, I thanked him for engaging and apologize for his employee actions. I nicely explained that the $25 order I partially made that should have been easily over $30 can, be cancelled and I will not give me Business to that location again. I...

Ordered thru DoorDash tonight and not only was my order wrong once, not just twice, but all three times on the same order it was wrong. I kept having to have DoorDash “fix” it but yet nothing was really fixed. Ordered a whopper with bacon, cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and onion and the royal chicken sandwich that has royal sauce and Swiss cheese. First time I got a whopper with cheese, lettuce, stacker sauce, and mustard. Had DoorDash do a re delivery in hopes it was just an honest mistake. 2nd time I got a crispy chicken sandwich with Mayo, cheese and bacon, and 3 small fries (clearly not what I ordered) and just now had them process yet ANOTHER re delivery because I’m hungry and want what I ordered. This time they gave me a chicken sandwich the same way and only the whopper was correct. I would contact the store but having tried this multiple times before it is plainly obvious that they do not care at all. If I could give 0 stars it would still be too much for a store that just plainly does not care!! -10/10 would NOT recommend this Burger King even just to stop in and use...
