Just a friendly suggestion on the building, structure design and landscaping. The building's shape is just weird, if you're new, you will have to circle around this building and have trouble finding the right place and they don't have have all entrances open. It's like a maze, and it's always packed with cars from the staff. A new architecture designer needs to be hired to change this building somehow to both satisfy the aesthetics and other factors, and in an economic way(cheaper way, yes funds should go back to the people, not be splurged on unnecessaries). I just don't see how it represents our values. Same on its landscaping. Shrubs and flowers look a little messy especially with not much maintenance, then go for simple, less-is-more landscaping designs. There's a stick on the right hand side of the main entrance with a different language on each side writing the same message about peace. This is not cool, if you want to represent peace, why choose only four languages? You know that tourist places use signs of different languages to welcome guests from all over the world. This is city hall, if it's about peace, then it should not be only four languages written. I've been having a ton of trouble getting a new water meter installed at my business here in Niagara Falls. From technicians coming out saying it was a confined space etc not installing it (not attempting to install) it's been a real nightmare but Mark really goes above and beyond! He came out and didn't hesitate to get down in the crawlspace. When no one else would even attempt and turned away by just looking at the entry point Mark actually took the time to investigate and pressed forward.
