Niagara Guys — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Wanted to try this place as this is my favorite type of food, I was in the area for work and wanted somewhere close for lunch.

Found them online after a quick search and because I have limited time on my lunchbreak I always typically pick somewhere I can order online and it be ready when I arrive.

I ordered the Gyro Wrap with Garlic Fries. Located in kind of a sketchy neighborhood it's a unique place set back from the street but with street parking I arrived about 25 minutes after placing my order. I walked in and there was no-one around except one guy in the back making food, fine...I sat and waited patiently. When he greeted me I gave him my order number and he had not processed the order at all. As such I had to wait another 10 minutes or so while he made my food ....so much for trying to maximize my lunch break.

I also noticed that there isn't alot of hygiene being practiced here, at least in as much as wiping down the tables after people have eaten...I was the only person inside when I ate so certainly not busy but every table I sat at was dirty and sticky....they looked like they hadn't been wiped down for a while.

Food came out, the guy didn't bring me any cutlery, or even Napkins !!! I had to ask for them as they're not out anywhere.....NAPKINS !!!!!

Food was decent, fries were good ( although they weren't even the Garlic fries I ordered but at that point I didn't care ) .

I don't know if I caught them on an off day and if it was just one thing I'd probably let it slide but some of this was just sloppy ( not bringing out napkins with food.....not making the order on time and then making it wrong )

I may give this place another shot if i'm in the area, but I may hold off until they get their...

We order pizza every week, and I was looking forward to trying this new place. Unfortunately, the phone isn't active and "This mailbox hasn't been set up" is all I get after 0-1 ring. I had questions about some menu items, like what exactly is a square pizza? I'm assuming it's a sheet pizza, so tray and half tray options? Also, how many wings & fingers come in an order? Are there any half tray (square pizza?) Options for wing & finger specials? The menus I've found and looked at don't have anything on them about quantities, ie; 10, 20, 50 wings/fingers, 12, 15, 30 pieces of pizza in a tray/ half tray (square pizzas?). Maybe I will have a chance at a later time to try the food, but, I'm going to order from somewhere else with more information about items and pricing. Hopefully I'm the future the menus are updated. Also, I don't like that I have to order online through an app, that's why I tried calling the number, to ask those questions and order. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful though! It's a very nice addition to the 3rd street & downtown area, I wish more businesses would take more and look More Like this buisness does, just beautiful courtyard & landscaping in my opinion! That's actually what caught my attention when they opened, I was driving by and admired it so much!

Order was ready 30 mins after I ordered but I was super late to pick it up. They called to make sure I knew it was ready.

We ordered the stinger pizza, a cheese pizza and a cheeseburger combo. The stinger pizza was phenomenal and same with the Cheese and sauce of the Cheese pizza. However we weren't fans of the crust. If you love Buffalo pizza this might not be the place for you. The ingredients were amazing just not the crust.

Now the burger was the star of the show. That burger was so so so good. I picked up the order like 1hr after I placed the order so I wasnt expecting it to be as good. I can only imagine eating it as soon as it comes out. Exceeded all my expectations. Hands down the best burger I've had in the area. It was clearly homemade and SO juicy. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, not brown or mushy like other places. I'll be back for the burgers and to try the...
