Very pricey and it makes sense given the location the food was mediocre I would give it three and a half stars out of five it wasn't very sanitary I had to ask for a cup to pour my own water there was water pitchers on all the tables and I don't know how long they've been sitting there and the bathroom wasn't sanitary the whole restaurant didn't seem too sanitary the lady was nice the portions were small and very pricey I got two small orders and Order of rice and an order of naan plain bread and it was almost $38 I can understand why it was expensive and there wasn't hardly any customers there when a party of 10 customers came they asked the waiter for certain items on the menu and he said no we don't have that right now no we don't have that right now and he could have simply taped it off or marked it off instead of wasting their time it was definitely poor communication and it was the same with me but the female was very nice and I was able to find food that I liked they were just really small portions for the cost and it wasn't very sanitary it should be given the location. I've been it really fancy Indian restaurants and paid half and got bigger portions and then when it came up for the bill it wasn't handed to me they said you need to come back here and pay like it's a fast food restaurant it's very...
Read moreI went to this place without checking the reviews because the place that I wanted to go to, across the street, was full. I went there for the buffet and I should have left when I saw that almost every tray in the buffet table was a brownish color but I was feeling adventurous. As I got closer and started loading my plate. I noticed that all the meat that wasn't in sauce was almost in jerky and even some of the meat that was in the sauce was still dry. I'm assuming this is because it's been reheated so many times. I started eating and couldn't really taste a difference between the different items because I'm wondering if they just mix the leftovers together and reheat it. That's also why the colors and flavors are all the same. I wouldn't say it's horrible tasting but I don't know if I would call it Indian cuisine. It's more of an Indian inspired food-like substance. The taste of the food was less concerning than the state of the chutney station. Which had drying layers of crust on the top of it. Even the masala chai was off, like you were drinking the ghost of masala chai. I paid $24 for the buffet, that being said, it should be more like $6 or $8 with a drink. I see now, that they are buying five-star reviews instead of just trying to operate the...
Read moreReally good and fresh food. Very near to the food court and the maid of the mist tour.
We ordered veg biryani, dal tadka and onion dosa. We packed Idly for next day breakfast for our hotel and it was good.
Totally worth it. Please don't have biryani expectations to be from your local region but it was totally worth the taste. We visited during sept and it was raining and the medium spicy was worth it.
We didn't choose a food court in international food court the tour bus stopped as it was not fresh and costly but food in this restaurant was totally worth it. Seeing us Day 2 other families came with us
We came with our grandmother who is 75yrs and she loves the food.
The Indian tea and chai are excellent. Chai is made with ginger and its amazing.
If you are with tour bus, pack food for next day breakfast like idly and it's totally worth it.
Also other reviews indicate biryani is not Hyderabadi please ignore them. Getting this quality food very close to Niagara is great.
Yes bathrooms are have small insects like stuff. Its not bad. The restrooms are far better than rest stops and other places.
