My husband and I found out about this restaurant while down strolling by the Falls and we finally decided to give it a shot. Well I'm glad we did!!! It's located in the Wyndham hotel on Main street. There's a parking garage underneath the hotel which you can use for free. Really cool atmosphere. Nice big bar with ample seating. They have a pool table and so other games in one are of the restaurant. You can eat, have a few drinks and just relax and play pool. Music is not too loud, which we appreciate! But THE FOOD!! We were very impressed with the freshness. I will say it's a bit pricey. Many of the cocktails on the menu run $10-12 and the appetizers are almost as expensive as the entree's. My husband had the chicken Alfredo ($23) and I had the blackened salmon with brown rice and garlicky green beans ($19). The portions were plentiful and the food tasted extremely fresh. Our server was a nice guy and did a great job getting our drinks and food ordered and on our table in a short time. We also had one cocktail apiece and the drinks were good. I enjoyed "The Big Chill" cocktail and my husband had a gin and tonic. They used Hendricks gin so it was good quality. So all around a great place! Again, a little pricey but I felt it was worth it for the quality and portion size. We'll definitely go back for more of the delicious food and fun atmosphere and the...
Read moreThis place is such a sleeper hit. I did some research prior to coming to Niagara falls on a quick overnight. Heard really good things about this place but the fact that it was attached to a hotel didn't seem promising.
Boy was I wrong.. the Wyndham hotel is on main Street and this is attached to it. This chill 443 is a very trendy and happening place. We came here on a Tuesday evening and was able to take part in happy hour ... Well they don't have a ton of happy hour specials, they have a few that we capitalized on like flatbread pizza for $9.99 and half price wine or well drinks.
So we started out with the buffalo flatbread which was amazing. Wife got the fish fry for dinner and I got the chicken and waffles for dinner that came with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. The food was absolutely amazing.
Now we were there early like around 5:15 so the place was empty which is understandable on a Tuesday night at that time. You could tell though that the vibe was very trendy even without a large crowd.
The amount of food we had, both of us were stuffed to the gills and should have been taken out on a wheelbarrow!! Good portions, a little pricey based on where I'm from but I get it, it's Niagara falls.
The service was excellent, start to finish. I would definitely come back here, would love to try this place on a Friday or...
Read moreInside a remodeled hotel called, Wyndham Garden Hotel. Is a new restaurant called Chill 443. Upon entering the restaurant, you notice how big the restaurant is. You have a lounge area, pool table, TV's and a dart board. You also see they have a Starbucks section, that is a mini restaurant in itself. As you would guess, a place like this could have you well entertained. So my wife and I are looking forward to dinner. Lily our waitress was very friendly and did a great job. We didn't realize until we got there that they close at 8pm. We were there at 7:30 and she still served us and gave great service. Lily gets 5 stars and the restaurant gets the 2 stars due to these reasons. 1st. I am a Stout drinker and I ordered a oatmeal Stout. When I tasted it, it was watered down. 2nd. My cheeseburger was very nice looking, but tasted meh. The bun was stale and I hate frozen beef patties. I like fresh hand pressed patties. 3rd. Bacon was gummy, how do you mess bacon up? I never knew it was possible, until this night. My wife ordered a fish fry, she was ok with it. But she prefers fresh breaded/battered fish and not the frozen pre-breaded fish they serve here. Would I go back, probably not. I can Chill at way better...
