House of India — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Do not go and do not leave anyone to enter this cheating hotel. Very very worst food that i had in my life for this cost. We Indians must not support this hotel .very bad quality food. They are cheating in name of Indian hotel in USA.. They have buffet. we have to pay in entrance itself even before we see the food items .they have kept the board as no refund. The buffet cost is $15. Very few items with no taste in anything.. no fresh meat is used. Since we people pay in entrance itself.No one complaints about food in the hotel. very nasty manager with no moral values. they have hotel only to cheat us . Friends Brothers and Sisters..We have to do something against this ... we people enter indian hotels to taste indian food.but these kind of hotel are doing great business with us. My experience. Myself ,husband and kid(2 years) entered this hotel yesterday afternoon seeing the name.. "HOUSE OF INDIA" North and south Indian cuisine I just took some chicken briyani to feed my child. child had only 2 spoons and refused to eat and started crying. Then i tasted the food and was shocked.whether its briyani or tamarind rice..very worst.I felt like vomitting eating 1 spoon rice and 1 piece chicken in it.. And I went to manager and said just take money for this plate rice and give refund.. I was just 4 minutes back i paid amount. The argument started and that manager say ,if 1 plate is taken in buffet means its for $15 and no refund.. After a fight he accepted to order someother thing for the amount already paid. Later i order goat curry and Uthappam.. Again, the same.. the Uthappam was bitter the chuttney and some "water sambar" horrible.. Goat curry ...No words to say... horrible worst its old meat very well known while tasted. finally i disposed all goat curry ,chutney dosa in dustbin.. because if i had left those items in the table and came back,I am very much sure that these cheating people woud have served the same item in my table to new customers. later while leaving out the rude manager and I got into conversation about the worst quality food they provided.. He then demanded me $1 is extra because that uthappam and goat curry cost is $1 more than $30 i paid for buffet. I even paid that 1$ to him and said that my money today$31 i put in dustbin.. but the manager is no worried..he needs only money.. Yesterday was my husband birthday..so we went to indian hotel.. but the day was spoiled because of the money snatching devils standing in the entrance of hotel with no concern about quality food and respect to customers. They kept the name as "North and South Indian Cuisine" but when i asked the manager no south indian dishes in buffet he cooly responded as "today south indian food is Idly and sambar" Dear Friends, Share this as much as possibe because we all wish to go niagara falls.. Dont spoil your happy mood ,health and waste money by entering this hotel situated nearby to...

So first we ordered Punjabi dosa with masala separate.it took them 30 mins and they bring the wrong order. And after that we ordered chili panner it was so sour they put bunch of salt in it thinking it would make it tasty.but I was so sour and bitter.then we ordered palak paneer and they made it look like they cooked it but they actually just took it out of the buffet. And then my mom saw him take the palak paneer out of buffet and called him.she asked him if he took it out of the buffet.he said “no,that food is for staff”.my mom said ok and then he brings the paneer and after 5 minutes he comes back and takes it back and says sorry they took it out of the buffet.and after 20 mins they bring it back and said now we cooked it. And all that like literally all that just for bad food that we couldn’t even eat that’s how bad it was . We left all the food and left the place And the staff looks like they don’t wanna work there and they walk like they are sleep walking because they are in a bad mood.after that all the staff starts watching tv even the...

I have a few things to say about this restaurant, to start things off, when we got seated we were greeted with glass plates and disposable cups and silverware, when we got the water it was in cheap pitchers that look like they were from the Dollar Tree which isn’t a huge problem but the actual water inside of it was pretty warm and when I poured water for myself there were flakes of food in it. When we got our food it was undercooked and the chicken was half cooked half raw, when we asked for Sambar and Dosa the waitress was being careless and poured it all over my family’s white hijab and it was extremely sweet, the Dosa wasn’t cooked throughly and it was full of grease. The waitresses were careless of their job and the cook was extremely disrespectful when we complained about the food and when you wanted to use the bathroom or wash your hands the floor would always be covered in water which almost made 3 of us fall, this place is overpriced considering the service and the terrible food, do not waste your time...
