Niagara Falls GO — Local services in Niagara Falls

There are no booths to ask any questions etc. Small bathrooms and were not allowed to sit on the benches outside. So many people inside, and not enough seating. A lot were elderly; could definitely be improved or even built upon (upgraded) when half the station isn’t being used judging by the outside vs. inside seating area.

The staff were helpful directing you which car to go to, but they don’t help you put bags above your head which is where large suitcases go. At least when travelling to Oakville.

No food or vending machines inside the station. Do not depend on customer service.

I’m not being charged by my bank either for a simple coffee, for using my debit, they had only two food options and one can of pringles on the actual train. Check out the bathrooms. This is your Via experience from Niagara Falls.

Let’s just say the train arrived around 5pm for departure for 5:45pm but left 30 minutes late, travelled 25KM/Hour. I took a nap and woke up- we were sitting in St. Catherine still. Today, Sunday OCT 2nd I had a plan in Toronto that I must take 1745 Train. I was at station at 1715 the TRAIN DID NOT SHOW

There was NO Professionalism Whatsoever at this Poor Canadian Train Services + Plus Train tracks were all defective not allowing train to get speed. VERY SLOW, while the World runnibf the fasted trains

I visited the Niagara Falls via Rail Station in late August/Early September 2022. This is the first or last stop in the Canada before crossing over into the US/NY. The Amtrak employees gives you a customs form before going into Canada to fill out so when you get off the train to go through customs. the customs forms were in this area that didn't even specify what they were. Be mindful everyone has to get off the train with all of your belongings even if you’re traveling further up into Canada. I didn’t notice any vending machines at this station so be sure to have beverages and snacks while you wait inside. The seating area was very small. There was a beautiful piano inside. There is also a ladies and men’s room. The ladies room had about 2-3 stalls. There are also benches outside of the station facing the direction of the tracks which you’re able to wait. I didn’t notice when I arrived but when you leave there is a cab number inside the station posted along the wall. There is no customer service/information booth at...
