@towneplacebymarriott @Marriott Bonvoy @Marriott Hotels My family and I give your hotel 10 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check-in was smooth. We stayed in a two-queen bed suite that features a mini kitchen with a stove top and a dishwasher, plus cutlery, cups, bowls, and dishes. The bathroom was excellent, and the room was clean and fresh. There’s a pool and a patio on the second floor. The continental breakfast runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and offers more than the usual muffins and cereal, with a variety of options. The staff and service were amazing!!! #Marriott #marriottbonvoy #fypage #2025

As a long time Marriott customer, I have always considered Marriott to be one of the finest hotel chains, which is why we chose to stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. I must also add I am a Top Local Guide for Google Maps and I am in top 10% reviewers in Canada. First, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning system kept turning on and off throughout the night, disturbing our sleep repeatedly. It was so loud every time it turned on and off it woke up our daughter a bunch of times throughout the night and we were all up 6 am all days we stayed. I spoke with Aarthy at the front desk, who politely explained that the system automatically shuts off once it reaches a certain temperature. I found this policy absolutely absurd, guests should be able to control the temperature in their own rooms. We left the hotel feeling more exhausted than when we arrived. This was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway, but instead, it was anything but restful. To be fair, Aarthy and Alec were both excellent. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to provide good customer service. Chef Tashi was also very accommodating and kind when we requested a breakfast (no meat or bacon, only eggs). The 2 girls who had the same name were very nice and provided excellent customer service. However, our experience was completely soured by one employee at the front desk, whose name I won’t even mention out of sheer disappointment. After I had spoken to the chef Tashi directly as instructed, this employee came to our table while we were eating and asked, in a very rude tone, “Do you have any problems?” My family and I were taken aback, especially my child, who was clearly intimidated. It was an unnecessary and unprofessional confrontation in the middle of our breakfast, which made us extremely uncomfortable. I could even see Chef Tashi behind him, trying to stop him from disturbing us further. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel staff under the Marriott name. We expect respect, professionalism, and a peaceful stay, not rude interruptions and sleepless nights. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. While a few staff members did their best, the overall experience fell far below Marriott standards. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues, both with the room temperature system and staff conduct, so that no other loyal Marriott customer has to go through what we did.

Welcoming and very helpful staff. We arrived on their Grand Opening day!! Throughout our stay we would contact the staff for extra things our family needed/forgot, and they always obliged with a smile. I ended up needing to print off a parking pass I bought online, but the computer wasn’t responding, so they came and fixed that while me and my family enjoyed the pool. Printed it a bit later no problem. Breakfast was full spread and both mornings offered different things. Coffee was great! Patio seating on second floor that is still under renovation, but will be nice once it’s done with tables, chairs and grills. Ample room in our suite for our family, and having the full kitchen was very convenient. Note there’s $15 daily parking fee at the hotel. Another thing to note: This hotel is a couple miles away from the falls and attractions, not a walkable distance. *You do have to pay to park everywhere you go.* Would recommend buying a daily parking pass ($36 each day) as an add on to any outing tickets you purchase through Niagara Parks website. I ignored the prompt while buying tickets for the Hornblower boat, but thankfully there was an icon in my confirmation emails that I could click on and buy after the fact. Was able to print it at the hotel, and then check into a kiosk at the parking lot we found.

After leaving another hotel in the Niagara area early as a result of issues with my stay there, I chose this newly refurbished property located in the northern fringes of Niagara Falls on the winding and pretty River Road which leads to the Botanical Gardens, the Floral Clock and, eventually to the beautiful Niagara On The Lake. ||The property is located directly opposite the White Water Walk attraction and right in front of a WeGo bus stop for the Green Line service which takes you to the heart of it all in just a few minutes. There's not much else nearby, but for someone who'd rather not stay in the midst of all the noise and bussle of a touristy area that was great news for me.||What a delightful experience! Check in was efficient and personable. The room was spotlessly clean, and very attractively furnished with a modern, well -equipped kitchenette and a walk in shower room. Fresh smelling, cool and comfortable, I enjoyed a fantastic night's sleep on a comfy bed and awoke to views of the adjacent Buddhist temple and the wooded banks of the Niagara River. The inclusive breakfast was better than I had expected for a budget aparthotel , with a modest selection of cooked items but plenty of breads, cereals, yoghurts and fruit.||The only slight issue I faced was that the hotel's systems had been badly affected by a power outage prior to my arrival, and one of the impacts of this was that the electronic key card system had failed meaning that arriving guest had to be escorted to and let into their rooms by a staff member which was a little inconvenient. However, to the absolute credit of the team, they handled this cheerfully, and automatically offered a generous 20% discount on the already competitive room rate as well as free parking for that night (normally CAD $15, which is still a bargain compared to other hotels closer to the centre). ||Overall, outstanding! Highly...

We stayed there for two nights first week of October. White water walk is across the street and WEGO bus stop is at downstairs almost . I love the convenience of parking the car and use WEGO for nearby attractions (Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, floral click, whirlpool aero car, butterfly conservatory and Niagara botanical garden, bird kingdom etc)

This hotel comes with full kitchen including big fridge and dishwasher , dishes, pot and pans , basic spices etc. I was able to do quick meals for my little one.

Rooms are clean , view was good , we could see 1000 Buddha temple from our room window.

They had complementary breakfast which we loved . It was not very fancy but we liked it (bread, bagel, sandwich, potato fries, omelettes, hard boiled eggs, muffins, coffee, juices, milk, cereal etc)..

Parking was $15 a night but I feel they should not charge parking as this hotel is not close to falls . You may need to take car out if you don’t want to use WEGO buses.

We paid for a package which included flexibility of late check out up to 2pm subject to availability . When I asked for it, they (Tushar) straight away said that it’s not available as they are busy . Not sure on Tuesday morning if they were really busy as Front end guy didn’t even check his computer if he can provide us the late check out . He offered up to 12:30 and we agreed and thanked him. But our room key was locked at 11 am and we had to ask him to unlock it . He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. This was the only hiccup we had during our stay hence I didn’t give 5 star. I would have loved the place if receptionist had courtesy to check for computer to see if they can fulfill the late checkout as per fare we paid.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and will come...
