Chilli was good though The app is terrible and ⁷ always not working This my favorite thing TO do is order off my App to get my Free stuff.⁷ with ⁸in or fast Food chains or stores. EVEN ODERING something simple there's something Wrong. I Just need the employees to concentrate more on the ⁷ would rather Get my FOOD late and be correct then rushed and have to complain. I am REAL Big on customer service at any establishment where my money is being spent. I hope this Helps with improvements. Then when we placed order we were using one of the offers from the app. The cashier did not know how to input it on the register so he got the manger who was there at the time. By the time she came, the code on the app had timed out. She stated there was nothing she could do about it. She was not apologetic, just snarky. I explained it was the $2 off coupon, and again she said there nothing she could do. I then brought up that it was poor customer service especially since they were out of the soda we ordered, so we picked another. Oh wait they were out of that one too. Our third choice was one of the lemonades to which there was an up charge. REALLY???? Hopefully you can see my frustration at this point. She did suggest I call the manager in the morning to which I agreed so she started blurting out the phone number. Again, really. Please be courteous & professional and simply write it down. I had to ask her to please write it down for me. ---In all of this the cashier was the one that handled himself appropriately and professionally. I know it's just fast food, however, I worked in fast food from when I was in high school up until college, in downtown Manhattan, extremely busy & by no means did I ever think about being rude. Read moreI am only giving one star because I am obligated to give at least one. However, Niagara Falls Blvd Wendy's is terrible service the slowest I've ever had anywhere anytime. I felt bad for the people ahead of us who placed orders and had to watch the cashier put french fries in a box literally ONE AT A TIME. While we waited patiently for 20 mins AT the register with only two other orders ahead of us we ended up leaving after seeing the cashier walk past this poor guys food 6 times ignoring his order while putting fries in a container and dumping them out and putting them in again repeatedly twice more. She was purposely dragging her feet so people dont go back when shes working or to be purposely fired. Either way is better than having to deal with that again.In the mean time the young girl who I'm guessing by her different uniform was the supervisor walk by several times on her cell phone ignoring all the happenings in the front of her store here. I know this is NOT THE STANDARD OF SERVICE that is acceptable or PERMISSIBLE anytime during the regular weekday shifts. The Male manager who runs the weekday Day shift runs a tight ship there and the service is great when he is on. But later at night or on a weekend, these people need to be let go, retrained or both.
