Not great. We were outside and were greeted by a friendly staff member who sat us. Our server came over took our drink order and when she returned we placed our order. We choose the pretzel bites to start, 2 mains of the lobster bisque and a Ruben. We watched as our app sat under the lamp, the busser brought them over. Within 1 bite each of our app he brought over the sandwich. We had no condiments and needed drinks. After noticing I was still waiting for my entree he found our server and she brought out my soup. I couldn’t eat the bisque it was so sweet it tasted like syrup. It wasn’t the fact that our app sat, one persons food came out at the same time as the app while one person waited. It was that our server was practically mia during our meal could see I took 2 bites of my soup and pushed it aside that was an issue.she didn’t ask if maybe it wasn’t hot enough or if something was wrong she promptly brought us the check and for the first time in the meal was an earshot away for the payment. I paid $16 for a soup I didn’t eat but the service was lack luster.

This was my 1st time visiting this city and I just returned from the trace track a few minutes away. I had previously looked at places to grab lunch and this is the spot I chose. Its just located a block away from the main shopping area on Broadway. They offer both indoor & outdoor seating but due to how hot it was i chose inside. Since I already looked into this spot I knew what I wanted to order which was the red Ruben which would also be my 1st time trying this sandwich. It didn't disappoint it was very good I got with a side of sweet potato fries. The places was not busy so I didn't have to wait long. They also have a bar if your looking to grab a drink or two, also multiple TVs. The ladies working were very nice so worth visiting if your in the area. The prices were reasonable. Restrooms are available which are kept clean.

Finally stopped in here and really enjoyed myself. Sat outside on the patio, corner table on a couch that was surprisingly comfortable for an outdoor deal. Ordered a chicken sandwich and my friend got a Reuben. Chicken was thick, juicy white meat. Normally I don't like coleslaw but this topping was good. My friends Reuben looked like it had some really nice quality corned beef on it. They use a red cabbage instead of sauerkraut. Thing looked tasty Prices were kinda steep, 20 bucks for a sandwich Overall, would recommend.. especially the outdoor seating! 👍

If I could give negative stars for the service my friends and I received today, I would. I normally love going to Bailey's. The food is good and I love to support local businesses. Tonight, my friends and I went out with our kids for dinner. Bailey's has a solid kids menu so you would assume they regularly have children in their establishment. We had 2 older children, very polite and well behaved and 3 adults. We were seated immediately on the patio, which is great for a Saturday evening in Saratoga. Then IGNORED for 40 minutes! Literally ignored. Nobody brought water, or came to ask our drink order. Other parties were seated, received drinks and ordered food around us while the wait staff looked right at us and didn't come over. I assume it is because we were the only family with kids and they couldn't be bothered. (Which makes no sense to me because more people means more food ordered which as a direct result is more money.) Anyway, I finally flagged down the hostess and politely informed her that we had not been helped yet. She shrugged and went to get a waitress. 5 minutes later, still nobody. Once we finally ordered, everything seemed fine except when they brought our food they didn't bring the 2 kids meals we ordered. When we asked where they were, the waitress looked at us like she didn't know what we were talking about and went to "check on them." We sat there for 20 more minutes with our meals getting cold while we waited for our kids food to appear. Let me just say it is common sense to bring the kids meals BEFORE the adult's or at the same time. No good parent is going to eat their meal while there kid sits with nothing. It's not over.....we finally got the kids meals and they brought the wrong sides for my son. No big deal, just grab what we ordered real quick and there will be no problem. They charged us extra for the wrong side!!! I'm not joking, this really happened. They also over charged us on a couple of other items in our check and gave me a hard time when I tried to address it. The entire experience was very easily the worst restaurant service I have ever received; and I am incredibly patient when it comes to service. We should have left after not being acknowledged for 40 minutes, but we are fairly regular customers and like the food. Our kids were very well behaved, we were very polite the entire time and gave no reason for the staff to behave so poorly. I am disgusted that we would be treated that way simply because it was somehow "inconvenient" that we had children with us. When I expressed my unhappiness about the service, our waitress half apologized and blamed us for "arriving during a rush". There were consistently empty tables around, multiple parties were served, ate and left while we were there. The wait staff were all standing around laughing on multiple occasions. If it was actually slammed, I wouldn't care so much. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. Thank you for coming to...

I understand what is involved in being in the food service industry especially during these times. In fact I understand first hand being a small business owner in the industry myself. The food here was good but is way over priced. We paid $140 for 4 people before tip. 2 burgers, 2 sandwiches, 2 waters, 1 beer, 1 mudslide. Now if these sandwiches were out of the world amazing MAYBE I would say it was priced accordingly but that wasn’t the case. It was just good.

Service was lacking. We were there on a busy Saturday afternoon. The dining room was full as was the bar. Only 2 servers, 1 bartender and a hostess. Servers and bartender needed to be doubled . But being in the industry I get good help is hard to find. When the server was able to wait on us she was friendly. The food came out correct and in a timely manner.

Restaurant was very clean and we enjoyed the old tin ceiling , crown molding, and stained glass decor although it all felt a bit mismatched.

We are foodies. And have been known to travel over an hour away to try out a locally owned restaurant . We dine out at minimum twice a week, but usually more. We can honestly say we will never go out of our way to return here again. There are plenty of other great places in the immediate area for less money with equally as good food if not better.

Honestly we would...
