McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

I just was at the drive thru here and as my sister and I were ordering the lady didn’t repeat any of it back and there wasn’t a screen confirming she was getting the order right, she also didn’t tell us the price so when we went to the first window the guy was repeating a bunch of different orders that weren’t ours and when he finally got it we went to the next window. I ordered a large iced caramel mocha, first they gave me someone else’s small Caramel frappe, then they gave me a large caramel frappe after I told them I order a large ice caramel mocha.. then I finally after a few tries got what they believe I ordered which ended up just being a iced Carmel coffee which still wasn’t right. As this was all going on there were employees laughing and asking what the difference was between the two drinks which was a bit strange in my opinion since they work at McDonald’s. Hot, fresh, delicious food, wel staffed and fast, unlike other McDonald's I've been to where the fries are cold and seem old/hard, here they were definitely complety fresh and hot as was the rest of the food, even the veggies on the sandwiches were fresh and not old or wilted like other McDonald's, I don't know why anyone here is complaining obviously they've never been to an actually bad McDonald's, service here was also fast and friendly, there were about 8 cars ahead of me and I think I only waited around 5 min in line, at the McDonald's in my home town(tiny hick town), you can wait up to 30 min in either drive thru or inside even if there is only 1 car or party ahead of you, when you get there food is cold and hard and staff gives terrible attitude and flatly refuses to replace or remake anything. McDonald's in Wilton, N.Y. is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Always screwing up. Always making you pull up or park for your order. I should not have to go through a fast food drive thru and get told to go park and wait when all I ordered was a drink while i watch customers behind getting their order and drive away. Please explain that to me. I understand how things work. I've given 5 years of my life to this kind of job. I get things go wrong or people don't show up etc etc. But this is an almost all the time thing. I go to other McDonald's and don't have this issue. And this has been an issue for a long time.
