Had a girls date with my friends today and came to this location and we all enjoyed it. We all said we would definitely come back. Pho broth was amazing and had a lot of flavor. I had the shrimp pho and my friends had the house special pho. Their customer service was also great. They always came back and check to see if you were ok or if you needed anything. The place is on the small side but it’s still a very nice lay out. Looks nice and clean. The only thing that bothered us was that it was cold in there but it didn’t really matter once you received your pho because the pho warms you up. First time trying Thai tea today I would definitely get that again, it wasn’t too sweet for me and I enjoyed it. We were also given-to go containers to take home and a to go cups if we didn’t finish our drink. All together our bill came to $88, which I feel is pretty great for 3 people, we also ordered an appetizer . I would definitely...
Read moreAfter several recommendations from Where Syracuse Eats, I hopped over after a photography session. The place was clean, bright, and friendly. At 1:30pm on a Saturday, there were a number of folks eating in and more came in as I dined. I ordered the steak and brisket pho and the house special banh mi. Everything was outstanding! The broth in the pho was flavorful and complex and comforting and warm. Felt like health for my body. Vegetables were fresh if a teeny bit scant, but honestly the broth was so flavorful I didn't really need them. Noodles were springy and perfect. The banh mi roll was crispy and sturdy without being too bready-- exactly what a banh mi should be. The ratio of bread to hams to pickled vegetables was perfect. I argued with myself over which of the two dishes should be my coveted "last delicious bite." This is a 100% recommend. Absolutely worth it. I will drive up from Cortland specifically to have it...
Read moreFinally Syracuse has a pho-nomenal place! We are pho addicts, and were saddened when we moved to Syracuse to find the lack of quality pho broth in the city proper; however, Mr. Pho fills that void in a rather striking way! The moment you walk in, you’re in a peaceful, stylish restaurant and greeted by a very kind and professional host. Then the smells hit you quickly even before you’ve taken your seat! We ordered the house spring rolls, the eye round steak pho, and fried tofu pho. Everything was absolutely delicious! The broth was made with the love and time that good pho broth needs, and everything about the experience was stellar: sides, sauces, service. We have been pho feigns and have tried pho all around the US, and this is certainly a top 5 place we have tried (full stop)! We are so delighted to have a quality Vietnamese restaurant in Syracuse and can’t wait to explore...
