I understand when you lose my order that there can be delays. But when you freakin' tell me to contact the online company I ordered from to get a refund so I can pay you again in the location... well, that's just terrible customer service. Even if I was willing to do that, this place didn't even prepare me my order unless I could prove I paid. I waited an extra 20 minutes on top of the fact that I ordered over 40 minutes ago! Good thing White Plains was a little slow on ticketing overdue parking meters today. This would've REALLY made my day. Never again...

Be sure to check recipt. Added an 18% gratuity to the total for a table of three and a check under $75. Then they hand you a the credit recipt with blank tip section. Hostess never said a word about adding tip to total. Almost tipped twice before we realized. The Breaded chicken was awful. I don't know what cut if chicken they got but myself and one other person at my table ordered it and it was as chewy as rubber. Bits that were edible were tasty. Red beans were good but a little bland for my taste Nd the rice came out room temperature. Needed to ask them to microwave it as soon as they brought it to the table. Not from the area so i definitely won't waste my money next...

Nice new owner but his wait staff is very rude especially to African Americans. Dios Mio is not a way to speak to a customer and assume they do not know Spanish. I had to reach over to pick up my take out order as the server walked away after her Dios Mio comment. Other friends whom I have sent there echoed similar sentiments about rude wait staff especially when the owner is not around. Let's see how long you last when you continue to treat certain customers that way.
