I understand when you lose my order that there can be delays. But when you freakin' tell me to contact the online company I ordered from to get a refund so I can pay you again in the location... well, that's just terrible customer service. Even if I was willing to do that, this place didn't even prepare me my order unless I could prove I paid. I waited an extra 20 minutes on top of the fact that I ordered over 40 minutes ago! Good thing White Plains was a little slow on ticketing overdue parking meters today. This would've REALLY made my day. Never again...

Hostess never said a word about adding tip to total. Almost tipped twice before we realized. The Breaded chicken was awful. I don't know what cut if chicken they got but myself and one other person at my table ordered it and it was as chewy as rubber. Bits that were edible were tasty. I had to reach over to pick up my take out order as the server walked away after her Dios Mio comment.
