Optimum — Local services in City of White Plains

All of the optimum stores are getting a new look with phones and so on. We can do just about anything now including paying our bills, returning merchandise, returning equipment, getting advice, buying phones and tablets and even more. I do suggest that they train their help a lot better to do everything that's necessary. They're trying to compete with all of the other phone carriers and for the most part they're doing okay but rough around the edges. This location is filled with fantastic people working in it. I highly recommend it, just give them a chance to get on their feet and become experts. I've been with Verizon since 1988 and my family since 1977 so we've been around the block...

We worked with Dennis Nerisat the White Plains Optimim office and he helped us in every way. He looked for ways to lower our bill and explained all the changes that were going to be in effect and helped us set up all our services, always making sure we knew what we were doing and did not stop until everything was completely done....

bandits. thieves. burglars. please avoid this company at all costs they will steal your money and your sanity. i sure do love when my bill is doubled overnight for absolutely no good reason then im not allowed to cancel until i pay the ridiculous bill. these people are daylight robbers. verizon is way better please...
