Read moreFood was good but the service was horrendous and it’s the last time I will be visiting the establishment. We arrived around 7:45pm and were told the kitchen closed at 9am by the host. We ordered our meal and were told the kitchen closed at 8pm by our waiter. Understandable things happen some additional background we were there to watch the football game. We asked the waiter to switch the tv to the proper channel from red zone his response was the TV was broken. When it wasn’t and the tv was changed by some other staff member without asking. The beer hall followed up with the food runner yelling at us for whose side fries were ordered. When i fact the order was for truffle fries and not regular fries then the fries were placed aggressively on the table. Upset but we understood since we arrived and ordered close to the kitchen closing. Not letting it ruin our mood we could not get a drink at the bar for over 20 mins waiting and zero eye contact was made. We left and went to our normal spot brazen fox. Service is better here and we will not be returning. So much for trying...

I had a few fries while I waited; unfortunately I also had a mouthful of long black hair with the fries. Neither my sister or I have long black hair. I moved the fries and a huge clump of black hair was there.
I won’t be returning to this place since we have gone to this establishment twice this month and both times we had hair in our food.
Apparently they are not wearing hairnets. The hair both times were long and black and in the food. So, something is going on in the kitchen.
Wear...
