Dont leave you phone or anything to repair to the next day. If you want to get things done you better have time to wait for repair. The store will be closed often for longer periods of time (not days but weeks). They will just put an announcement in the door " close for holidays". Then will not even have the cortessy to call your contact number to let you know. After that, you have to call to inquiere if the store is open because they will not follow the schedule posted in the window. After all weeks I waited to pick up my phone, the store finally answered the phone and confirmed to pick up next day. Guess what. I went the next day and it was not ready.
