Customer service is horrible. I asked for a dragonfruit lemonade drink with extra fruit. The young Hispanic girl made a strawberry drink. I told her I didn't order strawberry. She confirmed it with the oriental cashier. The cashier told her she made the drink wrong. She became belligerent although she started to correct her mistake. As she was correcting her mistake, I noticed she put mango juice. I quickly ask her to only put lemonade. She start rolling her eyes making disrespectful comments. To my dismay, the cashier gave her wrong instructions. Both the cashier and the girl that make the drink was totally disrespectful towards me. I asked for the manager who wasn't present. I then asked for a refund. I would not accept this kind of behavior. I paid with my debit card. On the refund, the cashier initially only gave me $3.75 for a $5.61.    Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Nasty attitudes and when I ordered on mobile I went in to pick up my drinks but they werenât even made yet. I waited 20+ minutes after it was âsupposedâ to be ready and thatâs when they decide to tell me they donât have the things to make the drinks I ordered. Many other people were having a hard time with their drinks not being exactly what they ordered and requested refunds. This store needs to do better with staff and their attitude as well as getting the correct items in the store in order to make these common and promoted drinks. Starbucks did not do well on this location and it shows. Replace the manager and staff. Better yet close down...
