I’m tired of going to this location and deeply angry at the lack of attention that this location brings. There is not a single time I have gone here and received my order completely or correctly. When McDonald’s launched the new line of “craft” or “artisanal” style burgers I tried the pico de gallo chicken burger, the lime wedge that normally would be placed on the side as one would expect from common sense, it was literally between the chicken and melted cheese on top. I only found out after biting into the lime rind and all. Whenever I order anything with bacon it is always missing, hence this post ordering a bacon quarter pounder and the first word on the grill slip is literally “bacon” how hard is it to read correctly? I am appalled that the staff gets away with terrible service and terrible food quality and management clearly has no involvement in the business. This is all a reflection of the state of that restaurant, I can no longer sit here and be understanding of a place that is blatantly terrible. I myself understand mistakes happen as I was once a kitchen manager myself at a restaurant, however, how long and how much mistakes are going to be made before corporate steps in and corrects them? What will it take to get the service that I pay for? I have read many comments with my exact complaint and ones similar, out of over 500 reviews this restaurant is at 3.5 stars at best. Where is the strive for excellence and customer satisfaction? Why is this location not trying to get better reviews and repeat business from...
Read moreSo, my receipt is time stamped 10:31 a.m. I was in town and had to wait until 1030 to order which is fine. I pull up at exactly 10:30 and place my order, the girl on the mic said she would have my total at the window (I'm not sure of her name but she was wearing an orange beanie type of accessory on her head.) When I got to the window she said the system went down and when it came back on it wouldn't let her add the spicy nuggets so she got a manager. No big deal right? I pay and pull up to the next window where I am immediately handed a bag of food my 2 happy meals and the drinks, awesome. I pull around to check to make sure we got everything and the spicy nuggets are MIA. So even though I loathe doing it, I pull around and inform the person in the drive thru (Not the girl that took my order) (over the speaker) that I had just came through and what happened with the system and I thought that because they were added late, the nuggets were forgotten. SHE THEN TELLS ME THAT I DID NOT JUST COME THROUGH AND THERE WERE NO SYSTEM ISSUES THIS MORNING! I was taken aback. I realize people try to take advantage of situations but to be called a liar like that was ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and she believed me because the girl that originally took my order was still in the drive through but I could not fathom her calling me a liar like that when there are cameras and other proof I was there not even 3 minutes beforehand.... The whole thing was...
Read moreYou would figure that if there were two Mc Donalds in a town that both would be pretty close to the same as far as customer service, cleanliness, food quality, etc. Then when they are as far from each other in these areas as night is from day and you find out that one of them is a corporate owned location and the other a franchise you would think that the one ran by MickyD's himself would be the better of the two. However it is not.
The Hwy88/20 location which is a McDonald's Corp Operation is: dirty (almost every time I've been there), with an unorganized crew (every time I've been there) Poor food assembly (they just throw the burgers together no thought as to visual appeal) Poor customer service (again almost every time I've been there) and lord help you if you want to add or subtract something from a burger (it will be wrong, every time)
The Hwy66 location which is a Franchise Operator has been; Clean (everytime I've visited ... even the rest rooms) Great customer service, well ran shift ... (old term from my high school days working at Micky D's "Aces in their places") an eye on detail (the sammies are always visually appealing & they have never gotten an add'on or subtraction wrong)
I'm thinking the Clown is running the...
