Arby's — Restaurant in Clarksburg

I was very impressed with my recent visit to this Arby’s location. I don’t typically go for fast food, but I’ve enjoyed Arby’s in the past and figured I’d give this spot another try—and I’m glad I did.

The dining room was modern and spotless, which was a great first impression. The staff were friendly, and Doris, the manager, took my order personally. She was very welcoming, and the food came out fast and fresh. You don’t often see that level of service at fast food places anymore.

I also noticed that when someone made a mess at the drink station, an employee quickly cleaned it up. That kind of proactive cleanliness really stood out.

I ordered the classic roast beef with added Swiss cheese and crinkle fries, and everything tasted great. I also appreciated the self-serve condiment area, especially the spicy three pepper sauce—it added a nice kick to the fries.

Overall, this was a very solid Arby’s experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to others...

They are always giving me the wrong food, cold fries. Today I ordered a classic roast beef with cheddar cheese on a sesame bun. When I got home I had onion buns which I don't like. Called and called and finally got the manager told him that I had the wrong food and he said that's a beef and cheddar. I knew that but its not what I eat. So had to drive back to exchange and as we got out of the car there is another lady getting out of her car who also was given the wrong food!! No apology or anything. The manager kind of acted like I should have been fine with whatever...

Food was good, my dad got a ruben sandwich. Whoever was our server (drive through) I am not sure of his name but he was 39 he said. He was absolutely amazing, funny, he gave us nothing but happiness, and he was not at all impatient with us, and he had a great attitude the entire time. Idk who he is. But yeah, decently big talker, hillarious, 39 turning 40 soon, worked at the drive through today, props to him! Seriously, that guy needs a raise. Everybody in the car with us (6) was talking about him and how awesome he was! Great...
