Got there 40 minutes before closing. Two girls are working and zero customers are there. I had a reward in my account to use however it was giving me problems. The account directed me to go to the cashier and they could put my phone number in and give me my reward. Simple. I walk over and I am ignored by both workers. Finally one walks over and doesn’t say anything I began to kindly explain to her what my account was saying and she looks at me as if I am covered in vomit. She then tells me that they don’t have any pretzels, which is literally a lie and then says that they are about to close. You are suppose to serve customers until you close. Thats the whole point. That is when people can expect to not get a pretzel, not 40 minutes before hand. There was no apology, no other offers, just “we’re about to close” with a sassy attitude and an eye roll. I guess I’m an idiot for asking? Read moreWe went on 7/10 around 6 something in the evening. When we went in there was water pouring off of the counter, a worker had forgotten to turn off the water, mistakes happen, no big deal. The (I am guessing) shift manager stood there and kept going on and on to belittle this worker. It was completely uncalled for. In fact it seemed as if everyone else in the store including myself felt uncomfortable as she was doing this. It was water and mistakes happen. I am not sure but the worker may have also been handicapped. Now to the next part, the pretzels were all over cooked, it tasted burnt and was hard. Our order was rang up wrong but we didn't see it until we left. The store was pretty trashed and when we arrived no one was there. We arrived at the same time as another group of customers. Read moreI’ve visited here a few times in the past couple of months and each time I’m greeted with the same rude attitude by a lady. This time I told her of a reward I was given on the app and she tried to “correct” me, gave me attitude and rolled her head at me like she could care less. She then told me “it’s gonna be about 10 minutes I have to make it” in hopes it would turn me away. I stepped away and waited and in that time my reward expired after being open for 9 minutes like the app instructed.
