Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clarksville

Extremely irritated after leaving this place. First time trying it. While ordering, my husband very clearly said his order and added “the large one”. I then ordered mine and realized I forgot to say the large one. Original was 6.79 and giant was 12.99. We asked if we could change mine to a large too and then she said “wait you wanted larges?”. She made them both regular instead of at least making my husbands large which he clearly asked for. So we asked if we could make them both larges and the “manager” said “yeah just charge them for two more originals” my husband immediately said “no that cost more” and they gave us our sandwiches and we walked out. I did the math and walked back in to show her that she just tried charging us 13.58 for a 12.99 sandwich. She said sorry and I told her we would not be back. Not to mention of the three girls working none of them looked over the age of 17 which already had me expecting issues. Awful service and she had nothing to say but “oh sorry”. Definitely won’t be returning. Edit to add: the sandwiches taste awful and bread is stale and chewy. Absolutely disgusting I don’t know how they’re still in business. I would rather wait 30 minutes than pay for this horrible quality food....

I was SO looking forward to this store opening... But sadly all but my first experience has not been good at all.. The sandwiches seem to be sort of haphazardly thrown together, most everything piled in the middle (wheat bread) it is so bad I end up rebuilding my own sandwich :/ Most of the time they do not even put lettuce on the sandwich.. Especially the club tuna.. I have ordered that particular sandwich 3 different times and every single time there was no Provolone or lettuce.. I am paying extra for that sandwich but I get either the slim or classic which are less than the club.. At first I gave it up to them being new.. Today I am not.. I do not think I will be back to that location again and will instead go out of my way to the Wilma Rudolph store.. and I hate driving on Wilma Rudolph..... I also agree with other posts that the employees are rude and really do not seem to care about doing their jobs at all.....

I ordered two sandwiches from here, after ordering the first one at the voice box I told the lady that I forgot to mention I wanted that sandwich giant size. She didn’t say anything and I kept going and ordered the second. When I got to the window a lady (don’t know if it was the same person) asked if I was the car that ordered the three sandwiches. I said no, and then she told me since I changed the size they had to make me two regulars instead. I asked if they were the same price and she said they were so I was fine with it, paid and left. Checked my receipt and it was two dollars more expensive. I don’t really care about the two dollars, I care that the people working in the window were talking to me like I was crazy when I literally told her before I even finished ordering and she was just too lazy to change it. Good food...
