It's dunkin' donuts. There's not much to really add about the food. But the nice brown gentleman there with the wide friendly smile no matter how long the drive-thru line is; turns out he's an ABSOLUTE THIEF! A few weeks ago I was in the drive-thru and I was using Apple pay. The gentleman told me that the machine was broken but he could take it to the other register to do it. I didn't have my wallet but I certainly wanted my triple chocolate muffin and because I see this man almost everyday I didn't think anything of it. He was gone an abnormally long time but I just assumed he's logging in and doing whatever it is they do with those registers. He comes back hands me back my phone with a smile and I drive off into the sunset. Two weeks later I get three mystery charges on my debit card from dunkin' donuts that I know weren't mine. I called my card company and they tell me those purchases were made with a debit card in store. I don't know if you guys know how Apple pay and Google pay are set up but once you open it you can see the entire card number expiration date and so on. So when this dude was what I assumed was ringing me out he was getting all of my information to use at his leisure. As I was on the phone with the card company they had canceled the card but about 30 seconds after this guy tried to use the card AGAIN. I wholeheartedly take The blame for this happening because who just gives a stranger their phone? But knowing that this man was so opportunistic as to steal from a customer and then smile in my face like everything is cool is just... I don't even know.
If you continue to shop there (it's dunkin' donuts. who doesn't love donuts?), just be careful. Don't let them touch your debit card your phones NOTHING.
Tldr: They will hack your cards save steal from you given the...
ย ย ย Read moreI really like Dunkins ice/ frozen coffees, and hashbrowns, our whole family loves their sandwiches and the kids their donuts! Sometimes my son and I stop there while we're on our way to school sometimes, if we get out the door early enough. It's def worth it in my opinion, with that being said though, the only thing I'd change is the fact that they allow cars to wait in line when it's going all the way around the bldg, as well as into the st, which just so happens to be Phila.pk! This, I feel might very possibly cause an accident one of these days, because they are still in line while in the middle almost (turning lanes, to turn into the parking lot), and they're coming from both ways too. Having said that, I have to admit that they are pretty darn quick getting the lines down considering there's a TON of ppl, esp in the early am. I haven't ever noticed it being crowded like that at any other time of the day though. Overall, the place itself is pretty awesome, just wish they could do something, anything, about...
ย ย ย Read moreThis place was great at 1st... but that was a long time ago & now it seems like ยน/ยฒ the employees don't understand what I'm saying and the other ยน/ยฒ seem like they have to be there. After I waited in the usual ridiculously long drive-thru line & placed my order the female employee handed me a few $1's then basically tried to throw the coins in my hand... let's just say she was unsuccessful and gave me an extremely rude attitude when I told her how to place coins into a customers hand and that I wanted her to replace the coins that were laying on the ground. I couldn't open my door to retrieve them but shouldn't have even been asked to in the 1st place. So as I always say... If you're capable of removing something that irritates you... then eliminate it. Dunkin Donuts has been eliminated from my places to go, just the final straw after years of over paying for food & drink. Not worth the wait in line for an inferior product at a superior price... wawa ยน/โด mile down the road at a...
