Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Clayton

This is by far and away the worst Imos I've had to deal with. 9 times out of 10 my food is wrong. The last 3 times I've order from them, my chicken stripes are inedible because they are burnt. The last time I checked when I picked up my order and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was in the wrong for wanting my food to not be burnt. The majority of the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. They act like you are inconveniencing their day. Today I put in an order for the appetizer and salad lunch special. They forgot the dressing the salad and the second dipping sauce for the appetizer. I caught the one for the appetizer before I left, but I didn't think I had to check the salad for a dressing. I guess that was my mistake. When I called the store to tell they forgot my dressing, they said well you can come back up and get it. Now, I'm sure about everyone, but why should I have to go pick it up when they are the ones who screwed up the order. Then they said they would give me credit for a dressing...for a freaking dressing. What good does that do me when I can't eat my salad currently. I, like many people, only have a certain amount of time to go get lunch. It's not like I can just leave whenever I'd like to go get something that should have been there to begin with. The general manager of the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently, he could only come up with 2 options, me being screwed or a dressing credit. Absolutely, the worst experience of any Imos I've ordered from. Horrible customer service and total attitude every time. Will never order from them again. My advise for those that still order from them...check ALL your food before you leave because it will be on you...

The store manager working on 5/28 would not provide her name for me to get help from the corporate office nor would she provide a corporate number I could ask for help to complete an online order. The website offered a deal but the website did not give a code or able to apply it to the online order. When I explained the problem the young girl said she did not know and could not help. She said she would not look up the deal on the website to help me. After I explained that I was confused why I couldn't use the deal listed and she would not check I offered to drive in to show her the website when I did curbside pick up to get the deal. She told me no she would not be able to do that. Again, I asked for the corporate number and asked for a manager. She told me she was the manager but did not have the ability to make it right. She put me on hold then came back to tell me that she somehow found it. I would recommend that everyone double check what you are getting charged and be very careful when ordering from this company. This is my first time and I would never want anyone to be treated so poorly. The service is horrible and the wait is...

So my friends and I are in town. Ordered food here.. Typical stuff...pizza breadsticks..mozz sticks...soda.

Our bill was 85 dollars. BUT WAIT

Instead of 8 breadsticks...they gave us 8 loaves of garlic bread. They did not honor a deal in which you get a free 2 liter with one of our purchases.

AND ALL OF THIS PALES TO THE QUALITY. I have seen more inspired Italian food in Mario's toilet. The cheese is plasticy. The mozz sticks are soggy. The flavor is like being mouthsexed by angry tomatoes and black pepper. The sauce is so uninspired, if it were a painter, it would commit suicide. Biting into a mozz stick a hot semeny liquid that was obviously not cheese squirted out with the same velocity of my stomach jumping off a cliff into a meadow of sharp rocks and salt after eating this. The bread is dry...like 50 cent 4 day old walmart bread. The cast of Les Mis wouldnt even steal this bread and they were starving. The only good thing is the soda...thanks coca cola for keeping it real!
