The food quality has just gone downhill in the last couple of years. The majority of the time but food is flavorless, and the service is mediocre at best. I ordered fajitas tonight, and they were completely bland. The onions and peppers that are supposed to be sauteed looked like they were thrown on the grill at the very end of the cook time. They were still very crunchy and inedible on a fajita taco. I asked for the pico de gallo to be left off of the boat that the fillings come in and was told that the boats were pre-made. So make me one without it. I'm not quite sure what the problem was with that. It's not like it would take them more than 2 minutes to make, if that. They don't know; I could have been allergic to something in there. If I was, would their response have been the same? It's all about customer service, and theirs is severely lacking. We had to constantly flag down other waiters to get service. At one point, I even had to shout out to waitstaff to get their attention. People that sat down after us and ordered after us got their food 10 minutes before us. We were out of drinks for about 10 minutes before we were finally able to flag our waiter down to get some more. We used to frequent Chili's 5+ times a month. It has probably been 3 months since the last time we were at a Chili's. At this point, I doubt I'll go back. There are far too many other places to eat with excellent...
Read moreThis has been the second time that I have taken the family to this location. 6 months ago and then tonight. From the time that we sat down it was nothing but problems. When we finally got our drinks i needed a second game because I had 4 kids with me tonight(6 people in my group). So after getting that I was like cool now I can figure out food. Nope come to find out the 2nd game thing that we got was broke. So I asked the waiter for a new one. He restarted it.... this went on 3 different times by the last time I'm upset.... So I tell another waiter and they said I'll get you a new one 15 min later we got the new one. Then not but a few min later the food comes out. Now we have been here for over 45 min.... Well we all check our food and ALL I MEAN ALL of the food was not freezing cold but you can tell that they forgot about it. When the waiter asked my boyfriend how it was. He was honest and said it's all cold. The waiter then said I'm sry and tried to fix it. Well me being me I just like I'm done. Read moreI stopped in to watch a few minutes of the game on Wednesday afternoon. paid my tab, and proceeded to leave. Only to find out my car battery was dead. It was relatively slow in the restaurant so I thought maybe one of the employees or manager might be willing to help me out with a jump start. I asked one of the servers, who went to get the manager. The manager was SO condescending to me. The gist of what she said was "Um,. We do not have anybody here to give you a jumpstart because we need our people, like, in here working." I was seriously stunned at how rude and cold she acted. Had the restaurant been slammed I would have never even asked but there were very few people in there and I didn't think it could hurt to ask. As someone who has worked with the public for most of my working career........ You should treat your paying customers (who choose to give you their business) with a little more courtesy and respect. I get that you did not have anyone available to help me but you could have used a little more tact and kindness.
