At first I thought that the experience was funny, but the more I've thought about it, the more disappointed and upset I've become. My family went through the drive thru and ordered our sandwiches. My wife made a request, that she has made at for several years (at this and several other Subway locations), but the employee said they didn't know how to do that. My wife said they had done it many times before and to ask someone else if they knew how to make the request happen. You could hear the immediate annoyance in their voice, but they said they would check. They came back and said that they now knew how to do it. I don't feel my wife was overly rude or overbearing in her request to put pepperoni instead of ham on a kids sandwich. Anyway, we paid for our sandwiches and drove away. My wife started to eat her sandwich and then pulled out a jalapeno, which she did not order on her sandwich. My 5 year old started to eat her sandwich and...same thing. Pulled out jalapeno slices. After I got home, I started to eat my sandwich and BOOM, more jalapeno slices. Initially I thought that it was kind of funny, and that the drive thru operator was exacting some minor revenge on us for the mildly inconvenient request...but the more I've thought about it, the more upset I've become. It seems rather childish to do this to a customer. It wasn't a big deal to myself or my wife, we just pulled them off, but you ruined my daughters sandwich. She refused to eat it because she didn't want to eat the "spicy sandwich." That's an upsetting thing. But even more horrific, What if my daughter, my wife, or myself had an allergy to jalapeno? You could have caused some serious issues in our lives, and I can't imagine this is the first time that this little "error" has happened when you become annoyed with a customer. This is childish, reckless, and simply inexcusable to treat your customers this way. I will not be returning to this location and will be telling as many people as possible which subway location did this little bit of petty "revenge"...
Read moreI come here before work all the time and in the last few months I've witnessed so much and I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I feel others should know about this and just try the subway down the street. My first few times coming in I heard very inappropriate music blasting from the back and heard people banging around when I asked what was going on to the employee said she said it was her manager and his girlfriend so I can't even complain to the manager when he is the one who the compliant would be about, the atmosphere here is so negative the employees seem miserable to be working here and I get it everyone has bad days but this is alot. They have not had a working toaster in a long time and I can deal with that but it has been what I think is months now? They are always out of everything. They don't always where their uniforms, a few times I have seen who I assume is one of the workers family come in and they will get a meal for all of them for free or only pay for one thing because I know that whole meal was not 10$ and this little girl who is probably 7 or 8 will just go back of the store to see her I assume sister who is working, I wanna say this working is ginger and she is always wearing a Winnie the poo hoodie and I believe her name was Caitlyn. I hear this employee talking bad about her fellow coworkers AND customers. my friend asked one of the other employees today. There is a flu problem. Their bathrooms are disgusting and have mold in them. AND THERE IS A RAT LIVING THERE. It ran out past me when I was ordering. that was my last straw and I have not been back since. The salad bar is gross, food is all in the wrong places, sticking to the...
Read moreIf I could rate this review a zero star I would, but I am adding my review to the many others who have rated their experience as a one star. I do not want to waste too much of my time because I feel this establishment deserves little of it, but I wanted to warn others to avoid this place at all costs. Spend a little more at a better place that will care more about you and the food they prepare for you. I feel like this place trains their employees to make sure they get something if not close to everything wrong with your order, unless you are there in person to make sure you correct them on their mistakes. Go to Jersey Mike's, kitty corner across from them, you will be so very happy you did. It was 7pm on a Saturday night when I was told they could not make 4 of my sandwiches because they were out of turkey, chicken, steak and meatballs. They technically did have those meats, but it was in the freezer, which they prep the first part of the day (so much for "Eat Fresh"). The two employees that night gave me bad attitude about the situation when I wanted to cancel my other two sandwiches made from the mobile app pick up order, but I was told they could not do that because the sandwiches were already made, which one of them had the wrong bread that I ordered. They asked me condescendingly if I wanted to do their job, of which I was tempted to pull out my spare apron and start washing my hands to take him up on that offer. And why when you call the store's phone number can you not get through? I now have wasted too much time on this review and will invoice the store's manager for my time spent on...
