Taiyaki Sweet — Restaurant in Clearfield

Update: Because I was craving brown sugar milk tea and thought I should give this place another chance, I mean you cannot go wrong with brown sugar milk tea. Instead I got brown sugar milk (where’s the tea!?)… If I really want flavored milk, I could have made it myself (I literally watched them drizzle brown sugar syrup in the cup and pour milk it in) and not having to drive there and pay $7 for it…

—— Got 2 Taiyaki, red bean and Nutella, I must say I had high hope that it’ll be good but it wasn’t. It was bland and spongy. It looked like it’s from store bought and microwaved… Also ordered a large taro milk tea, it was more like taro water, didn’t feel like there was any tea in the drink. It’s just not good… A waste...

I’m so glad we decided to try this place today. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it didn’t disappoint. Not only did it look amazing, but it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend got a peach smoothie with popping boba which was very refreshing!

We tried the waffle fish (taiyaki) and they were okay. They were pretty small and I was expecting a little more flavor. I’d like to try it with the ice cream next time.

The boys (my boyfriend and his boys) didn’t really care for this place, but my two daughters and I will be back! We’ll make sure to get large drinks instead of regular sized...

Discovered this place a few weeks ago and we’ve been back several times ever since.

Today, hubby surprised me with a drink and sent over my daughter to get them. But one of the drink order was wrong and daughter never bothered double checking it. We called the place back and see if we can rectify the situation and the young lady happily helped me over the phone and offer a couple of options for me to do. I love that they are willing to take care of their customers.
