We recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful journey of flavors.
Let's talk about the star of the show—the food! We started our morning with a plate of huevos rancheros that was simply outstanding. The perfectly cooked eggs, smothered in a rich tomato-based sauce and accompanied by the flavorful combination of beans, cheese, and tortillas, left us craving for more.
Next up were the cookie dough waffles. Oh, my taste buds danced with joy at the mere sight of these divine creations! The waffles were light and fluffy, while the generous chunks of cookie dough added a delightful sweetness. It was an irresistible combination that had us savoring every single bite.
And then came the beignets. These golden nuggets of deliciousness were like bites of heaven. Crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, and generously dusted with powdered sugar, they were pure indulgence. Each bite transported us to a cozy cafe in New Orleans, and we couldn't help but smile with delight.
To accompany our breakfast feast, we decided to try the Bloody Mary, and boy, were we in for a treat! This was not your ordinary Bloody Mary; it was a masterpiece. The tangy tomato base was expertly seasoned, but what truly set it apart was the addition of bacon. The smoky, savory notes of the bacon mingling with the classic Bloody Mary flavors created a drink that was nothing short of extraordinary.
Aside from the exceptional food, the service was attentive and friendly. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, making our dining experience even...
Read moreVery very pleasant calm atmosphere. ALL of the staff are super friendly. I loved this place as soon as I walked through the door. The gluten “friendly” pancakes tasted like plain bread. They almost got it, they need to find a better mix (Williams and Sonoma has an excellent gluten-free flour. Something like that would be awesome.). I really love this place and hate saying anything that’s not raving. But the free Biscuit Beignets taste like bread or pretzels with sugar on top. You get what you pay for. The regular buttermilk pancaked tasted ok. The eggs were fantastic, simply perfect. They also serve baked bacon I guess for the slight reduction of calories. My suggestion, go fried. Not worth a slight improvement of calories for a drastic change in taste and texture. The ham was delicious and the coffee is at the same level as McDonalds. The price is high for this assortment and I’d say the quality of ingredients was is high but the way the food is prepared takes away from the experience and makes the price not worth it. Four stars for the friendliness, atmosphere, cleanliness and eggs. Yes I’ll be back...
Oct 17. Came back with a larger party. All loved the food. Not a single complaint. But, hoping to see if Another Broken Egg will try a new Gluten Free Pancake option. Thank you Kala for being open to try a new gluten free pancake mix!! We’ll be back soon for the...
Read moreHorrible Experience. I don’t like this place anyways but my sister dragged me here. We sat down outside, waiter came by immediately got our drinks and took our order very promptly. Then we waited and waited and waited and waited. Almost 50min until we saw the table seated next to us that came after us get their food. When I went inside to tell the hostess to cancel our food order because we had been waiting 50min there was no offer to get a manager or anything just “ok”, then we saw our waiter outside as we were leaving and told him we were leaving and he was like”I don’t know what happened I tried to ask them to make it on the fly” I did not ask for it on the fly I just wanted it in a timely manner. Mind you another table that was outside and there before us ordered as we were sitting down, and then we ordered approximately 5-10min after they ordered. They finished their food, paid and left and apparently our lobster that we ordered was still on the fishing boat as I am unable to think of any other reason some eggs and lobster could take this long. Also, at one point in our wait a manager came by and checked on the above mentioned table who was eating and we still got nothing. This was an unacceptable wait and unacceptable for management to see an order on their screen for that long and not go over to the table and...
