UPDATE
We were contacted by corporate and mailed $100 in gift cards to bring us back to make this right. My wife and I went for a date night out Sunday night at 7:30pm 6/23/24. We sat at the bar, and our bartender was the lovely Luz. She was wonderful and we had a great time. Our food was amazing, our drinks, including the ones she recommended, were fantastic. Luz, you really made the night pleasant and fun. Great conversation, tasty food, and amazing service! I would also like to thank Don for sending us the gift cards. I would like to say I do NOT leave bad reviews often, but this is the second time at this location that bad service has happened with zero concessions from management when they were spoken to. After complaining to the manager, he said he was sorry. Nothing was done, no comps, no discounts, no gift cards, nothing.
Last night, my family and friends went to this location for my father's birthday. Our reservation was at 6:00 pm for 17 people. My sister requested over the phone that we have two servers due to the awful experience we had months prior for another party. Upon arrival, we learned we not only had one server, but he was a newer server and told us he was. Management told us that they gave him just our table, and that was in lieu of our 2 server request.
It took over an hour to get our first round of drinks, and it took over an hour to receive water as well for myself. Half the table has worked in hospitality before, and we are usually very patient and helpful. We tried to let him know all the separate checks up front to help out. We were told he'll split everything at the end, which was a disaster, and it took about 30-40 mins to figure out the checks. Items were all over the place, and he had to change multiple checks to make the corrections.
Everyone ordered their apps and entrees at once because of how bad the service was getting. We all received our food at different times, some apps came out early, some came out with the entrees, and some didn't come until the end of the dinner. This was also after notifying the manager multiple times that things were not going well. One of my brother-in-laws didn't get his drink after we all did, which again was over an hour, and we had to get the manager to go and get his drink from the bar. Some food came out wrong, and it took about 30 mins to just get paper menus instead of using the QR code method that we are all over with from COVID. We had elderly with us who wanted paper menus.
Overall, this experience was just terrible. My father was upset, frustrated that everyone was upset, and on his birthday dinner. My wife and I don't go out often without our kids, so this was kind of like a date night too for us. We spent $150 for 2 people to receive an awful night of service.
To cap off the end of the night, the floor was super slippery all over the restaurant. My nephew (3 years old) slipped on the way out and hit his head on the floor. No wet signs, not warnings, nothing. Almost felt like the floor was greasy.
We most likely will NEVER come back to this location again. This has now been multiple times with an awful experience.
I'd like to say to management and corporate (which I will be copying this to corporate), please remember this is hospitality. Without your customers, you have no business. When a manager sees that a tabletop of 17 people are drinking, ordering a ton of food, and there for an occasion, please jump in if there are problems. Like I said, my wife and I spent $150, and we were probably the smallest check at the table. Our entire bad experience took 3 hours.
If I could give this zero...
Read moreTonight was a horror show at PF Chang’s! It was Christmas Eve and I ordered takeout to be picked up. Immediately inside it was complete disarray and confusion, they definitely had no plan or preparation for the busyness of Christmas Eve. One of the gentleman that worked there came and took both my credit card and another person‘s card to pay for our orders. The waiter came back and gave the other gentleman his food and credit card and left me standing there. After about 10 minutes I asked where my card was because my mother was waiting outside in the car from me. The waiter came over and mumbled something to me with his hands over his mouth and I said; can you please speak clearly, I can’t understand what you’re saying?? Then he said (with a smirk on his face); we gave your card to somebody else and he left with it and drove away, he doesn’t seem to be in the parking lot anymore. I immediately got worried as anybody would if somebody else left with their credit card ON CHRISTMAS EVE. I asked the three people at the hostess station to get the guys phone number and call him.. they were honestly three of the least helpful, useless people I have ever dealt with in a heightened situation. I asked them to go get the manager and they stood around and looked at each other with complete dumb and blank stares until I raised my voice to go get the manager. The girl at the hostess station was completely disrespectful and rude and started to laugh at me and I said; are you laughing at me right now?? Completely unacceptable..what a coincidence that only a week ago somebody else wrote a bad review about the rude girl at the front desk, definitely assuming it’s the same girl and you may wanna get rid of her and her miserable disposition, definitely assuming it’s the same person. The 3 younger “adults” who were at the front literally were like the blind leading the blind..There was ZERO sense of urgency from anybody that was working there.. Finally the manager comes over and I tell him what happened and he walks off, I’m not sure what he was going to do, but I assumed he was trying to figure it out. There was literally no help from one person in there until thank goodness a guy came back in with my credit card and started to complain that he was charge $94 for an order that was only for one person, I asked him if he had my credit card. I saw the credit card and knew it was mine and I said that’s my card and took it back. Not one single person from P.F. Chang’s apologized for what had happened. How do I know that the guy that had my credit card didn’t write down my credit card number or take a picture of it with his phone camera? If PF Chang‘s can’t take a little extra activity on a holiday they shouldn’t be open. As far as the food…because the entire debacle took so long, by the time I got home my food was cold and had been steaming in the containers and therefore was soggy. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, especially how it was handled.. or I should say especially how it WASN’T handled.. Shocked nobody from P.F. Chang’s reached out to me regarding this especially after the severity of giving my credit card to a stranger who left the restaurant and had it for at least 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable.. will not be back and will be reaching out...
Read moreStopped in as I had heard about their "$5.00 Happy Hour" so I wanted to check it out. I usually do not visit restaurants that are in Malls, but this one was different. Easy to spot while walking, signs outside with ad's for Happy Hour, and very nice from the outside. Inside I was greeted immediately, I sat down at the bar and again was greeted immediately. What I noticed first is that this place is SO CLEAN! The bartender introduced herself and told me her name was "Brittany." She was very helpful with questions I had about the menu, food and drink options with Happy Hour. I asked for a HH mixed drink and it was very good, even with the house vodka. As I drink it with club soda I was surprised that she didn't just use it from soda fountain (like everyplace else) but actually gave me a bottle of club soda! I asked if it was extra and she said "no." I was very impressed by this as it is obviously better than from the soda machine. I asked where the restroom was and will say again that this entire restaurant is immaculate! Wow! Everyone in the restaurant if not with a customer was cleaning or tidying up and it really shows. First visit to the restroom it was immaculate, and then again 1.5 hours after, it was still spotless! I thought that I wouldn't enjoy the view into the parking lot, but the windows are tinted I believe and the view was actually quite nice. I didn't feel like I was in a mall or looking into a busy lot. It was not very busy or loud, so I actually got some work done. I appreciate Brittany being able to read people and she did not bother me or hurry me at all. When I did order foor from the HH menu, it arrived quickly and was very fresh and hot (temperature). I had asked for the pan fried dumplings rather then the steamed ones, these were still a little too "doughy" for me, but still good. All in all, I was very impressed with the HH prices and choices. They have a nice wine and beer list as well. I will definitely be back to try something else or just enjoy a beverage in this very comfortable atmosphere. Thank...
