Their were two registers open so I went to the shortist line (I was only the second person at this register) and put my soda on the counter. A few seconds later the cashier placed a red sign stating that her register was closed. She then finished with the customer in front of me and walked away without saying anything. I stood there for a few minutes thinking she was coming back to check me out. After I saw her walking around the store I asked to speak to a manager. About 5 minutes later a manager came to the front. I explained what had happened and he apologized then asked me if I had already checked out and I stated that I had not checked out or paid for the soda yet. He then said "ohh ok" and pointed to the back of the line. Now I have to wait for this cashier to check out the 5 customers that are now in front of me. Is this the norm for Wawa? If so, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Everyone brags on Wawa, and I don't understand it. Every time I go to that store something like this happens. I don't have any problems at other Wawa. I guess customer service is not high on the priority list...

I usually add the hash brown in my burrito in the computer. This has been a regular for me for years. I asked Andrew how to put it in so I can pay the extra hash brown that I want and the lady told me I have to click on āspecial orderā . I donāt mind the changes but at least inform the guests itās very frustrating because trying to figure out how to add something so simple ended up them taking too long for my order and a group of 5 people got their food first who ordered well after me. They handed me the food and didnāt hand me the sour cream packet that I paid for. They ALWAYS FORGET. Like read the tickets people! Itās time for me to go elsewhere at this point. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm actually in the store while I give this review and I ordered my food At 1:18 AM. There is one lady working the food station with 6 orders backed up. I didn't receive my food until 2 am. There is no reason for it to take this long to get my order. The main problem is that wawa receives orders from doordash and uber at all times and it backs them up. They need to stop being able to receive orders after 11pm like most do. This has been an issue over the last couple of weeks. There is also one person working the check out counter who has plenty of time to help her out but doesn't and is just standing around trying to look busy and getting uber and Door dash orders ready. There is one guy at the smoothie station who has no orders and he is also not helping out for some reason. I don't know how management trains but in my opinion if everyone was cross trained there wouldn't be...
