My sis in law and myself went to get lunch today and preset a bacon cheese whopper junior and 3 reg whopper juniors and 2 medium onion rings . When we received our order we checked the bag to make sure everything was there. The burgers were only half wrapped and the one at the bottom was not wrapped at all and spread out with old fries in the bottom of the bag . I went inside to ask for a new burger with receipt and all and the kid at the counter giggled and and said”so u want a new burger just because that one isn’t wrapped? “ i said “yes please” . There were also onions in the bag not on the burger . I asked again if I could get a replacement,he then giggled again and asked the same question then proceeded to hand a lady a burger and tell me “well we’re out of buns so no” while I watched workers making burgers with buns . ! I’ve never had any problem at this particular Burger King,but today was uncalled for . He even said “ so what we just dropped the burgers in the bag . “ so I will not be eating there any longer . Tony the manager on duty has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru a couple of cars was in front it took about 20 minutes to get to the order screen they then told me to hold on which was fine they then cleared all cars from the drive Thu and I continued to set with no one taking my order for approximately 20 more minutes then get to the window and got the food approximately 10 minutes later . Start to check the food but pulling off because they let the drive thru build up so bad and didn’t want to hold them up. Finished checking the food it was wrong and cold went in to get what was ordered that was missing and he tried to hand me 1 piece of bacon for two burgers that was cold and even colder from waiting for him to fix it after standing in line inside for another 15 min I then just asked for a refund because it was so bad he then remade it and remade it again wrong only adding cheese this time. I did not have time to go through it again so I just went across the street To McDonald’s and got a bacon burger without cheese.
