I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for the first time on Saturday, 4/12 at 9:00 PM. The service from my waitress was absolutely horrible. I first asked for an order of boneless wings, and I asked her if she can mix 2 sauces together for my wings? (It was Parmesan garlic and thai curry sauces mixed together.) Every Buffalo Wild Wings that I've been to has completed this easy request, however, she immediately said no and offered no explanation. I thought it made zero sense that they couldn't mix 2 sauces for me, seems like an easy request, right? After all, this is a Wing restaurant. After my table had ordered our dishes around 9:15 or so, we did not receive our food until shortly after 10:00 pm. (So minimum about a 45 minute wait.) In that 45 minute span, our waitress never came around once to check in on my table, ask about refills, or comment along the extremely long food wait. When she finally came around to my table to deliver our food, she again didn't mention the long wait for our food. So I decided to ask her if everything was okay with the kitchen, and why the long ticket line happened? She proceeded to give a smug look and only said we are short staffed. Again, no apologies for the long food wait, no smile, no communication from her for 45 minutes, and no appreciation for the customer's patience. While we were eating our meals, did never came around to ask for refills again (Would have been nice since my wings were spicy! I couldn't even finish my wings since it was too spicy for me and i had no water.) When she gave all of us our checks, she refused to even talk to us. She quietly handed us our checks, and walked away with a mean look on her face. Couldn't even wish my table to have a good night. Talk about a downright disrespectful, snobby waitress. With all of this said and for the first time ever in my life, I left no tip at a restaurant with full service like BWIII's. So if you decide to go to this Buffalo Wild Wings, the expectation is that you're prepared to go at least 45 minutes without interaction from the staff, they are not friendly to you, and not respectful either. Moral of the story, I will never go to this location...
Read moreDon't come here on a game night. You will wait An astronomically long time. They only have half the restaurant open. Service is really slow. Food took forever to come out. Not worth the wait. At All! Soooo after waiting.... I watched 3 guys who sat at the bar 20 mins after we ordered our food. They received their food before us and we are still waiting. At this point they are almost finished eating their food and we haven't gotten served. All we ordered was an appetizer and a kids meal. I'm out with my daughter to enjoy the game and I've spent over an hour 20 mins in this restaurant waiting in line and waiting for my food. My time was WASTED on a night with my daughter. I CAN'T GET THAT TIME BACK!!! The game starts in 22 mins and we just got served. This is unacceptable service! I got here in plenty of time too. Food came and I can't even eat it. I can't walk back to my car to save it either. I am beyond pissed off! If I wasn't with my daughter I would've let them have it. Imagine getting served at 7:08 and the Cavs game starts at 7:30. Imagine not being able to eat the food you waited over an hour for. Imagine watching other people get served who sat down well after you. Imagine a staff who doesn't even come over to offer an apology until they see you're about to lose it after you had to seek out the manager. Imagine a staff who doesn't realize that they have-a table who only ordered an appetizer and a kids meal and it never came out. Imagine keeping your composure so you don't let your daughter see the Incredible Hulk side of you. Imagine trying to rush and eat food that you waited too long for to get to the arena to enjoy the game on time. This was one of the most atrocious experiences I've ever had. I wish I could give a negative star. This was a convenient place to eat before the game and now I have to find another place to go to. They played with my time! I can't...
Read moreMy experience was horrible. I had brought my sister an our kids in for dinner around 9pm. The manager sat us, we asked for a booth because I have a toddler under 2 an it would just be easier for us. He was completely rude and said we don’t usually let people with babies sit up there I said excuse me? He said “I said we don’t let people with babies sit up there” then proceeded to sit us up there. Then we waited 20 mins for drinks didn’t even get the drinks we ordered but got some waters. Then….. we ordered our food, i ordered 10 traditional wings and got 10 boneless instead, they forgot my sons food he ordered 10 plain boneless wings we got those after everybody was done. I never got my traditional wings until I was leaving. Then the server said the manager wasn’t going to take off the boneless wings that I didn’t even order because they were making my traditional wings which we waited a hour for. I never got the loaded fries I ordered either. The manager was the worst I work in the service industry myself, and never In a million years would I charge somebody for everything after the service was so horrible. And yes I still tipped because I understand. The server we had was a trainee with nobody there to help her out but the management should’ve been more attentive he never came over an said anything until I asked for him because I was not paying for something I didn’t even order especially when I wanted the traditional wings because it was bogo wing night. They were trying to charge me for 10 boneless instead of the traditional bogo price which I would’ve understood but after the headache I feel like I shouldn’t of had to pay anything at all. I do NOT recommend dining here and the manager should not be in charge of a restaurant. 0/10 experience and this was my first time...
