(They did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, management is a laughing stalk, after repeatedly stating my issue to the store manager and stating directily who was involved and what was said, she refused up and down to look at cameras to verify what she was told , only repeatedly stating that she would talk to the employee and ask her what happened. Nothing more. Horrible location, havent been back since. Happily so) Absolutely appalled with the night shift staff of this location. Any time I order chicken at night, a woman proceeds to yell if she isn't the one taking my order, as if we can't hear her yell and cuss in disgust with the simple fact that we ordered chicken. I ordered 50$ worth of food 3 nights ago, got to the window and handed a card to her, she told me the total after my card came up short. I offered her another card to complete my payment in which I was told " we can't accept two cards", I explained that cards were all I had, proceeded to ask if she could refund what was spent, and ring it up on a different card. I was told no. Proceeded to ask if she could just re ring my order, was told no, and that it would cost jack in the box money and mess up their inventory. So after my payment was refused I every way possible, we said okay, we can't eat here I guess, and left. Coming back last night we are told that management told her to refuse us service because we were rude. We are the most polite customers drive through could ask for, we go as far as to shut our truck off when ordering food as to not make it too loud for the servers to hear or work. We asked politely in every manner possible for another way to pay, and was refused service twice now. I have took this to social media and will proceed to take it to headquarters and daytime management. Would love a response and explanation. Then walked off and had to have someone else tell us to pull forwards then as we waited for 15 mins the manager had came out and asked us if we double counted the money I said āyes we have several times and I counted it immediately after she handed it to us so thereās no confusion she did give us the wrong changeā she proceeded to say ālet me go inside and look at the footage bc idkā after we waited about another 15-20 mins then came back out side and said ātheres nothing we can do maybe you should call the number on the recipe and maybe theyāll help youā I said āno you can give us our money back and you can have the food bc if your not gonna give us the proper amount of change then weāll go somewhere else if you didnāt have the change for it then donāt accept itā and the manager still just sat there and smiled and said we were somewhere in the wrong and that we should still call the number for help then said sheāll call her supervisor and stuff we waited another 10 mins and she then had someone else!!!! To make a long story short the person attempting to take my order was very rude and had a attitude, when I called him out on his poor customer service he said bye š, he refused to speak to me in a kind manner, literally said your momma at one point, refused to tell me his name when I said I would report him, threatened to call the police if I didnāt leave, then lied to not only me but a friend when we called on 2 separate occasions to get his name, he not only told us both he was the manager but gave 5 different names of the supposed staff member that was rude, said he couldnāt remember who was working, and told us he would take care of it so we didnāt have to call anyone else! If I could give negative stars I would!!
