The staff is great! The shop does have a variety of stuff but just like the humble location the prices are a bit higher than other shops. Also, for vaping they only sell single coils for things like smok nord. They charge 8 dollars for 1 coil. When you can go right down the road to a small vape shop called MOBILE VAPOR. The couple that owns that shop are very sweet and have great prices for their stuff. You can buy a box of 5 smok nord coils for 14. Tell Becky I referred you. :) The only downside is they close at 7 and are not open on sundays. I do like the fact that Puffs has late hours and is open 7 days a week. It's not often you find a place open till 11pm or 12am. So for anything other than coils this is a great place to visit. Tons and tons of cool stuff and a huge variety. I bought a 29$ vape pen name brand (ooze) I brought it home it did not work and is useless . I took it back the following day with the receipt. And they refused to exchange it for a operable one and told me to contact the manufacturer they don’t do refunds or exchanges on broken products . Puffs vape is a rip off overpriced smoke shop with no concern for the general public or sound business practices . NOTE: you can get 2 times more for your dollar on amazon and have a full customer support base And the deliver and REFUND OR EXCHANGE any broke or damaged product . And you won’t have to put up with rude staff . Puffs will NEVER get another $$...

Awesome shop cool staff very welcoming. I loved there selection of Delta 8 products they're working on getting better stuff in and weeding out products nobody likes they asked the customers opinion on products and respond quickly in the shop. It's also a easy location to get in and out of and lots of parking. My wife started using Delta8 products for her epilepsy and we haven't found anywhere else that sells the d8 concentrates and shatter for a better price and in such variety .

Overall would definitely recommend anyone nearby looking for a good place to buy...
