If I could… I would give them zero a negative zero star rating it’s not exemplary of what the brand is about this should go against every corporate policy in the franchise due to the Horrible customer experience I received I expect more from this company this can’t level of unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction possibly couldn’t be reflective of what the company brand represents in totality and stands for as a franchise because that was extremely unethical and broke every barrier in regards to providing the worse possible outcome for their paying customers that have been supporting the company for many years they had a technical issue on their end and refused to give me my order insisting that I overpaid for my order . I told them I didn’t care if I overpaid I just wanted my order so the food wasn’t cold and they refused to give me the order until their technical issue was resolved despite the fact I had prepaid thru the app and to make matters worse they charged me again for the correct price for the exact same order I already had paid for as I showed the manager the proof thru the app and the receipte and once I got to work I discovered my order was made completely incorrect and it was extremely dissatisfactory and when I got off work I told them I was bringing the pizza back to them so they could remake my order and they refused to do anything to correct the issue it was a horrible customer service experience and any competent manager would have done what it took to correct this issue they refused. I have never had such a nightmare of a dining experience and to add insult to injury they had issues with my order twice and both issues were on their end and as the customer I expected nothing more than what I paid for and purchased but not only did I not get the correct order I had a horrible experience and although they had their technical issues nothing justifies them being so unwilling to correct the mistake as I offered to bring the entire order back to be remade and was refused but at this point I demand to speak with a district manager since the store was so unhelpful and created such a horrible experience for me and refused to accept their order back in exchange for simply correcting their mistake. I don’t advise anyone in the world go to that establishment and subject themselves to having such a terrible experience. It was a nightmare and to add insult to injury they said that I overpaid for the order yet refused to correct the mistake they made and I was charged twice and still awaiting the refund to process for the original order they claimed that I overpaid for thru the app. I’ve never heard of anything like this before they are extremely unprofessional and I spoke to a manager named Betty . Please avoid this location at all cost it’s better to drive to the nearby town or just stop at a competitor and get treated fairly and be regarded as a valued paying customer requesting nothing more than exactly what i purchased from them. Read moreWE will not be eating at this place in the future. My wife and I each ordered a personal pan pizza, with garden salads and Breadsticks with marinara. Not long after we ordered, the nice waitress came to tell us the manager wanted us to know that they did not have any personal pan pizzas. ??? (Isn't that like Chick Fil'e not having chicken) I guess that means they don't hand toss the pizza crust. but get them out of frozen boz somewhere. OK... so we ordered a large half and half pizza. We waited a while, so I went to ask the waitress if we could have the salads and appetizer breadsticks as an appetizer and not with the pizza. She did bring out the salads, but the "garden salad" had no tomatoes, no cucumber, almost no onion, and very little sprinkle cheese. It was pretty much only iceberg lettuce and croutons. Not what was listed in the menu! We asked about it, and she said they were out of tomatoes and she forgot to put the cucumbers on the "garden salad" because it was only the second time she made the salads. LOL. She offered to bring the cucumbers. My wife decided to refuse the salad. I should have. Then the breadsticks came out. They were decent, but overdone and a little too crispy. The marinara sauce was cold. We asked her to bring some marinara out that was warmed up. She asked the manager and she relayed that they couldn't warm it up for us. Really.... you don't have a microwave back there? We ate some of the breadsticks, but not warm hard crusty breadsticks and cold marinara just isnt the same. The pizza was passable. Of course my wifes's half had barbecue chicken and the barbecue sauce was spread over portions of my pepperoni. Barbecue pepperoni isn't tasty. I will say the waitress was nice. She did remove my wife's salad. Unfortunately her nice attitude didn't fix the out of stock pan pizza and tomatoes and the lack of care making a GARDEN salad with no garden ingredients. Read moreI am out of town on business from a different state altogether; the turn leading to the hotel has this Pizza Hut on the corner, considered this place for dinner almost immediately, but I have one in my home town so I thought of it as an option. The change from a chinese buffet to this establishment was made when I walked out of the hotel; I could smell the wonderful arouma of pizza. It's a five minute walk so that was it, pizza it is. The staff is friendly the palace is clean and the pasta was excellent but what gets it two stars is, service. It starts with only three other guests in the restaurant, I'm dinning alone; drink and food order taken now the wait. Knowing a placed baked pasta order will take awhile, that's a given. What really sets me off is my glass is empty and no one comes by to ask about a refill, I will admit two minutes before my order came out they said they would "check on it" at that time glass half empty a good wait staff would have already had a pitcher at the ready by then. It's not like I'm alone off in a corner with multitude of rows and empty seat before me, two booths down is a couple one table back is a couple, both of whom where asked multiple times if they would wish for a refill along with some light conversion. A couple comes in after my pasta is delivered to sit across from me, my glass has been empty since the start of my pasta; food and drink order taken from them, couple at my back asked again about a refill the waitress starts to walk away. I had to loudly say "excuse me" to get attention, loud enough everyone looks honestly didn't mean to be rude. After that the wait staff started to make the rounds more frequent and give a little more attention to the guest as well as me.
