Little Cloud Sandwiches is an absolute hidden gem you need to check out!
I stopped by recently and was immediately charmed by the cozy atmosphere and super friendly, fast service. Chef Malibu even came out personally to greet me—how often does that happen?
I ordered the Hingetown Cheesesteak, and wow—this sandwich blew me away. It was stacked with sautéed bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, and provolone cheese melted to perfection, all brought together with a rich, tangy peppadew aioli that took it over the top. I paired it with a generous serving of their house-seasoned fries (crispy, flavorful, addictive!) and a cold root beer. It was the kind of meal that leaves you daydreaming about it later.
The menu is full of unique, crave-worthy options. I already know I’m coming back for the Fried Green Tomato BLT, but the new vegan Spicy Cauliflower sandwich also caught my eye—perfect for summer.
If you’re anywhere near 25th Street, don’t miss this place. Little Cloud Sandwiches is one of those rare spots that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left....
Read moreI was excited to try this new sandwich shop in Cleveland and was sorely disappointed. I got their seasonal fried green tomato sandwich with tofu instead of bacon and a side of fries. The person at the register told me it was going to take 15 minutes to make my order, and they charge 50 cents for ketchup. Even in high rent NYC places don’t charge for ketchup but 🤷🏾♀️ . I thought they were going to make everything fresh given the 15 minute wait but the fries were luke warm and weirdly one of the three fried green tomatoes was ice cold while the other ones and the tofu were hot. The bread was dry in a stale way. Sauce was some kind of remoulade and it was flavorful. Overall the sandwich did not taste good. It was oily and dry at the same time, and the ingredients didn’t taste like they belonged together.
The shop itself is cute with a fresh, 80s preschool palette in a good way. People at the counter were friendly. Hope this was just early days hiccups and things get...
Read moreThis sandwich shop is truly something special…from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with the smell of FRESH ingredients, colorful walls, and the kindest staff!! I have taken my mom, husband, sister, and friends (all on separate occasions) and every single time has been the same…AMAZING!! There are dozens of drink options to choose from while you’re waiting in line and they even have dessert (because we all need a sweet treat sometimes after a great meal…HIGHLY recommend the gluten free cosmic brownie!) Every sandwich I’ve tried (which has been the entire menu at this point) has been incredible. I almost always get a side of fries with their house seasoning as well as a sauce and there are so many different sauces to choose from!
Keep up the great work...
