We called ahead of time to confirm when the lobby would close and we were told 10pm. Arrived at 9:45pm. The chairs in the dining area were already placed on the tables. My mom, who is 88 years old was with us so it was easier for her to use a table. We took the chairs down with the intention of putting them back as we found them after eating. Once my mom was settled, we went to the counter to place our order. While we were ordering, an employee complained with facial expressions to match to another employee that we had removed the chairs and she needed to clean. Not only was she rude with an obvious attitude she made it a point for us to hear her. My friend responded to her directly, telling her that we called ahead and that she was being rude. Mind you, my friend offered this explanation out of kindness and was met with yet another example of rudeness from the other employee. He responded to my friend with “she wasn’t talking to you”. The absolute audacity to be that condescending to anyone, let alone a paying customer is mind blowing. I have never seen anything quite like it and I’ve been to a lot of places. Other employees including the one who responded to my friend had to pull the original employee to the back because at this point she was being militant and responding aggressively to my friend. They were trying to calm her down. This is just unacceptable. And then the manager, who was in drive thru (dressed in all black) came to the counter and took the employees side as she was also rude to us. The manager had no idea what had transpired because instead of managing, she was working a position. There was enough labor on the clock, so that also was unacceptable for the manager to not be aware of what was going on. We were the only customer in the lobby and there were only 2 cars in drive thru. If you can’t manage that, you shouldn’t be the manager. The restaurant was out of multiple items, corn, Mac n cheese, bacon, dirty rice etc. but we were hungry and ordered. When we returned to our table we noticed the floor was extra wet. The floor was slippery and our concern was my mom who is elderly and uses a cane. When my friend mentioned that to the manager, she responded with “I will carry her out”. No wonder why you have a customer service issue, the leader is rude as well. Employees will do as they see, before what they are told. You guys have really dropped the ball and looking at your track record via your previous reviews, I’m sure none of this will come as a shock. I’m including photos of the employee mopping as well as your customer service specialist manager. Judging by your previous review rating, you have a problem. I won’t be the last to complain no doubt. Small Town mentality, small results.

Pre-ordered food on app @5:14pm today and arrived at location to find out they could not find my order. Then they found it and started it at 5:57pm. I brought it up to the shift leader and she only made excuses why the food wasn't ready blaming the system. Workers were all standing around on the their phones and chatting in groups during food rush hour. Strange. Ever wonder why your food is cold. Or late?

Trying to hold true to a timeline on the road is made a lot easier by Popeyes shrimp baskets. They aren't up to "Nawlins" quality. but the neat roadside burger. The place was bright and airy. I did need a quick primer on how to read the menu. The bill was only $10.80 for both of us.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Popeyes location in Cleveland, and I must say, the experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the staff under the leadership of Manager Herlinda.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Herlinda clearly sets the tone for her team, as each staff member greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly "Welcome!" It was evident that they were trained to make every customer feel valued and appreciated.

Herlinda was not only present but actively engaged with her team and customers. I noticed her walking around, checking in with diners, and ensuring that everything was running smoothly. Her attention to detail was impressive; she made sure that the dining area was clean and that customers had everything they needed. Herlinda’s leadership style promotes a sense of camaraderie among the staff, which translated into a seamless dining experience.

The staff was incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain the menu, recommend popular items, and even offered to customize orders to suit individual preferences. I appreciated how they were not pushy but rather genuinely interested in enhancing my dining experience. When I had questions about the different flavors of chicken and sides, they were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made the decision-making process enjoyable.

During my meal, I noticed that the staff consistently checked on tables to ensure everyone was satisfied. They were prompt in refilling drinks and clearing empty plates, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. It felt like they truly cared about each customer’s experience, which is a rarity in many fast-food establishments.

As my meal came to an end, Herlinda herself stopped by my table to ask how everything was. It was refreshing to see a manager who is so involved with her customers and staff. She listened attentively to my feedback and expressed genuine appreciation for my visit.

Overall, the combination of delicious food and exceptional service at this Popeyes location made for an outstanding dining experience. Herlinda and her team exemplify what excellent customer service should be—attentive, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that every guest leaves happy. I highly recommend this location not only for their tasty offerings but also for the remarkable service that makes each visit memorable. I will certainly...

I have a few complaints. Let me start off by saying I called to the location before arriving to ask what time the dining area closed. The lady who answered the phone said dining room closes at 10pm. We arrived at 9:45pm. We walked in and all the chairs were already placed upside down on the tables. Being that we had 88 yr old Mom with us who couldn't slide in a booth, we went ahead and took the chairs off the handicap table. Upon going up to the counter to order, an employee complained that we took the chairs off the table. I told her she was being rude and she started to go off on me. Two other young men employees pushed her (employee) back away from us towards the back area of the restaurant. I found that to be very odd. Seconds later a female manager dressed in black comes up front. She said the young lady (employee) who was pushed to the back was not even talking to me when she mentioned about he chairs. I understood that but point was she said it loud enough for me to hear. Which is why I told her she was being rude. So the manager basically took the employees side. Bad customer service.

Then, after we ordered and was going to be seated to wait for our order. There was another young lady (employee) moping the floor with a sopping wet mop which in turn made the floor extremely slippery. I have 88 yr old Mom sitting at a table and all around us is a very wet floor. I again spoke to the manager and instead of asking the employee to stop mopping the manager told me, she would carry Mom out the door. I wasn't feeling very reassured considering she didn't look in the best shape to be lifting a 200 lb. 88 yr. old women out the door. We sat at the table till the floor dried. Worse experience ever. No dirty rice, no corn, no mac & cheese, no bacon. Running short on a lot of menu items . Again worse experience ever...
