I was really disappointed with this Whataburger I order food to get it an hour and forty five minutes through DoorDash I called Whataburger just to talk to the rudest employees ever which is crazy I spoke with 4 different employees to try to make it right and they refuse. I let them know I’m a General Manager as well they weren’t supposed to send out the food if is sitting there for more then an hour by the time the DoorDash got there food was already old when I inform the Manager he informs me they where supposed to make it again if it was sitting more then thirty minutes but they did not,he said he will let them know to not do that again but he still could not help me even though they handed a meal to Door Dash knowingly it was not follow by the proper procedures which was,should of made the order again if it was sitting more then an hour also I told him I can bring the food and you make it again that would of been a good suggestion but he said it was not they fault DoorDash didn’t pick up on time which I told them yes I understand Door dash did not pick up on time but they also can’t be sending food out that does not meet the temperature or quality. I’m sorry but this Whataburger does not meet Whataburger’s Standards they did inform me also when I ask for a Corporate number they where a franchise not Corporate so they refuse to give me the number. Overall just a really dissatisfied experience Customer Service needs to improve a lot more it also took them a long time to answer the phone I called three times before...
Read moreFeb 2025-I've done a mobile pickup in one of their mobile spots twice in the past 2 weeks in the evening time. Both times I sat there for more than 10 minutes after checking in with no attention being paid to me.
The First time I happen to catch the manager outside and ask about it. The second time I had to walk in. There was another customer that was waiting in another parking spot almost as long as me. While I was waiting at the counter another employee walked in and said there's cars out here that haven't been attended to. I said yeah I'm one of them.
The young man that helped me was apologetic about it, and very respectful, as was the manager the first time. But I watched as 5+ employees either go in and out or walk past the doors I was parked in front of in that time.
I'll say this though. The food was good. Everything I hope for from a Whataburger food wise.
The store is never been on time for mobile pickup, I found often 3 to 5 minutes after the time suggested in the app. But usually at least the drinks have come out on time or within a minute of the suggested time. But as long as someone came out and brought me my drink I knew I was getting taken care of and had no issue waiting.
If they can take care of their mobile orders better, they're really a good...
Read moreMy personal experience at this particular Whataburger has always been fairly decent over the years but it is by far the worst Whataburger I have ever been to , every time I go in to dine there are always new faces hardly ever the same people working there , the managers seem to try very hard to keep things running smoothly but the other employees seem to lack the enthusiasm and fortitude of the work they are expected to do , I eat at several different Whataburger's all around town up to 4 -6 time's a week and this particular unit #484 never seems to run smoothly or can get their stuff together , this particular visit they were out of ice and tea and I watched customer's wait almost 10 minutes for them to fill the ice machine back up and About 15 minutes for more sweet tea to come out I notified the manager when she brought my food out and she took care of it right away she was busy working while the younger employees just stood around dumb founded , people were coming in from the drive through that had been in line for almost 30 minutes waiting for a burger and onion rings I'm surprised this place stays open if people didn't love Whataburger so much this particular unit would have shut down year's ago , hope this...
