I came here last night after just moving to Cleveland from Dallas. The drive thru was a long wait which I didn’t mind because I know most places are understaffed these days. What I did mind was driving almost 30 mins back home just to realize they gave us the wrong bag of food. Like not even close to what me and my girlfriend ordered.

So I drove back with the bag of food and receipt just to wait at the call box in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before someone said “has anyone taken your order yet?” I tell them I have the wrong bag of food and receipt and he tells me to pull up to the window. I get to the window and the guy tries to charge me for the order behind me 🤦🏻‍♂️ I know now that they’re probably not going to get the order right on the second try either. After waiting and waiting and being honked at from the cars behind, the guy comes back with the food and shoved it at me trying to rush me out the line. Instead I put the car in park and went through every item to make sure it was right. Sure enough they forgot one item and messed up another. It ended up taking FOUR ATTEMPTS to get it right, and even on the fourth they couldn’t get it right.

Based on my experience and the experiences of others in this thread, if you’re thinking about eating here, just drive the extra distance to go anywhere but here… Damn after all that driving I might as well drove to Galveston’s Taco Bell 🙄 If you’re looking for a place that’ll test your patience and peace then this is the...

It was really dirty... the bathrooms were nasty, none of the tables or chairs were cleaned even though it was empty, and the highchairs looked like they haven't been cleaned for 2 years. They wouldn't come take our order even though it wasn't busy so we started using the kiosk thing which we shouldn't be forced to use. I asked for hot sauce and they gave me a handful with sauce all over them it was disqusting. I went back and asked for more that weren't gross and they said sometimes when they drop the boxes the packets explode. so that's apparently okay to give out to people... old sauce thats exploded all over the others? it was a ton, not a tiny bit. O said so you can't get another box? He said well, they're heavy.. I gave him a look like yeah... so? and he asked if I really wanted him to go back and get more. I said no, and didn't get to enjoy my food. Employees are young and dumb and apparently they don't know how to...

(Sara F) drive thru girl was our cashier and she was very rude. We are very easy customers and we eat here all the time never had problems. But tonight I think is my last time eating there as long as Sara works there. I couldn't hear her and she laughed and got very rude as she was talking to her female coworker at the window with her. Not only was i mad now but she got my order wrong in so many ways... missing my Apple empanada, extra side of cheese that we played for! Cold fries! She was literally whispering on the mic and laughing. Very rude! I wish I got the Mexican girls name working beside her because her name would be on here too.
